Das Zimmer in der Residence war perfekt und vor allem total ruhig, trotz Fasnachtszeit.

Super Lage in der Nähe der Messe, sehr schöne Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal an der Reception und beim Frühstück. Ich war sehr zufrieden und kann das Hotel bestens weiter empfehlen.

Idéalement situé avec parking avec prix préférentiel. L'hôtel est confortable et propre. L'accueil est très bon.

Loved our stay here. The room was comfy and cozy. It has a kettle with tea options and a coffee machine. The lights had different settings which was really great. The bar area was nice. Staff were friendly.

Vi kom sent da tog fra Amsterdam via Frankfurt var forsinket. Rask og utmerket innsjekking samt grundig informasjon om Baselkortet vi kunne bruke neste dag. Akkurat det vi trengte for å få rask tilgang på rommet og nattesøvn.

Extremely friendly staff, amazing breakfast. Close proximity to the rain with plenty of things to do. Easy use of the tram from the hotel.

The hotel is really clean and comfortable. They gave us a Basel card, so we could use public transport for free. One downside was that tram passes along the street next to the hotel, and you can hear it.

It is perfect for a visit to Basel. You can discover both banks of the river in an easy way. You are close to everything but far enough from noise of the city center.

Schon zum 3 mal im Hotel und jedes Mal sehr zufrieden mit der Leistung.
Das Hotel liegt im Clara Viertel und in der nähe von der Messe.
Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig im 3 UG vorhanden. Ruhiges Zimmer und sehr sauber. Genügend Platz für Koffer.

Zentral gelegen, Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich, BTS ( Namjoon ) hatte auch dort Aufenthalt , während seiner Reise im Sommer. Parkhaus vorhanden unter dem Hotel. Supermarkt direkt neben dem Hotel.Sehr modern eingerichtete Zimmer.

A superb hotel for my first visit to Basel. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed. There’s a good restaurant, very friendly and professional staff, and the tram is minutes walk away. I was very pleased and impressed with this hotel.

Sehr empfehlenswertes modernes Stadthotel mit erstklassigem Service. Parken in COOP-Garage (verbilligter Tarif für Hotelgäste). Tram-Haltestelle vor der Haustür.

Excellent place to stay in central Basel. Friendly staff and the Basel Card for visiting tourists is a bonus. All local public transport for free.

Really good location. Hotel is big and clean, room was lovely and huge and got very good light. Reception staff could not have been nicer.

One of the best Pullman hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Not only it’s very central, they provide you with free public transport for your stay (apparently a lot of hotels in Basel do this), their service was warm and friendly, they provide you with bottles of still and sparkling water! Also memory foam pillows! Which was what I needed after a long day!

Everything about this hotel works well. Good location near the city centre but is quiet during the night. Try and get a garden room rather than one facing the street. Breakfast is eye watering in price but it’s nice. Restaurant can do an evening meal but it’s not a great choice.

Enjoyed the excellent service at the Pullman! Great location - shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Tram pickup right outside the door. Food and drink in the lobby restaurant were fantastic - loved the venison ghoulash. Clean comfy rooms. Had trouble with the heat/air but we opened a window. Overall highly recommend.

Sehr Zentrale lage, bin eine Woche im Hotel geblieben als wegen Prüfungen in der Messehalle.
Man konnte sich optimal vorbereiten, die Kafeemaschine und der Arbeitsplatz im Zimmer waren hervorragend.
Der Service im Restaurant selber ist wirklich sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

The rooms were big and comfortable. Two issues: one is that the arc channels did not have any description, so it was difficult to see what I was watching. The second issue relates to the price of the breakfast in comparison to the quality. The price is equivalent to a dinner meal out, but the quality is slightly lower than expected.
