This hotel truly allowed me to have wonderful holiday. The staff were exceptionally kind and courteous . The room was spotless and beautiful view of the city. The location was very convenient.

I got a very good service from their team. Mr Fauzi especially gave a 5 star customer service.

Fantastic hotel with big room and Twin Tower views. Easy connectivity to the mall and PWTC station for commute.
Breakfast had a good spread of local and international.
Mr Fauzi from front desk was extremely helpful and friendly to guide and provide any customer support.

have been to this hotel multiple times for business porpose. The room is spacious and clean. Cleaner will come to your room twice daily for cleaning and top up your mineral bottles/tea/coffee which is cool. Breakfast served is variety and delicous as well. This hotel is very close to
shopping mall and connecting LRT which is superb. Will coming back to this hotel for business/holiday purpose. Recommended!

The staff were Excellent. Very professional, efficient and friendly. Location is near to shopping malls and public transport system.

とてもサービスが良かった。チェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズ、不足のタオルをお願いしたらすぐに持って来てくれた。朝食は入るのに並んだが、中は広くて席はすぐに作ってくれた。バスタブが目当てだったのでお風呂に入れて嬉しかったです。

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is big and cosy for my parents. Since it’s connected to the mall, it’s easier for us.

The hotel was nice and clean, with strict SOP due to covid, Beds were comfy, channels was good on TV, and bathroom and room was clean, water pressure was good as well, Staff was friendly and welcoming, will surely come back to this place

The staff name Siddique at the counter was amazing. He know how to handle customer very well. We were like old friend. The others staff also very friendly and always smile. The room was superb. I ordered chicken chop for lunch in my room and it was marvellous. You all must try !!!

Spacious room. Nice working desk with good lighting. Free WiFi with constant access. Very friendly staff. Buffet breakfast suits every taste. Excellent impression.
The staff fixed my wardrobe light but it breaks down again so for 2 nights the bedroom cannot be completely darkened.

The hotel was close to an indoor mall. It was a couple of minutes to walk to the train station.

プールがあるのが良い。(泳ぎませんでしたが)
すぐ前にコンビニ、デパーがあり便利。地下鉄の駅からもすぐ。3泊のうち朝食はビュッフェで種類豊富、時間帯も6：30-10:30と長め。夕食は1回だけ利用しましたが、安くて量も多く満足。
プールサイドでジュースが飲めたらより良かったです。

i stayed in this property while attendng a course in the same property...near to public transport ktm putra and the sunway putra mall ..so convenient..wll defintely stay here again n the future.. and good food too

이 호텔 까는사람들 다 알바입니다. 매일마다 방 치워주고 물 500미리짜리 두개씩 주고 방에 냉장고 커피포트 에어컨에 랜선까지 있습니다. 진짜 극한의 가성비호텔 입니다. 지금 고민중이시라면 무조건 예약하세요. 참고로 저는 트윈룸 4박에 178000에 했습니다.
