Fantastic location within walking distance to downtown. The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially the front desk staff . Our room was spotless and the breakfast buffet was ok and not the best .

Great breaky choices and it was lovely to relax in and around the pool after going out nearby. I do think the pool area needs more umbrellas for shade options.
Housekeeping staff were wonderful, friendly and thought of everything we needed before we even asked. Kader in particular stood out for his professional demeanour, helpfulness and friendliness. We will be back again and recommending to friends.

Daily breakfast is great. Convenient location. Hotel staff is accommodating. A bit off-putting is that one of our rooms had a clogged bathroom drain, which we reported and got confirmation that it was fixed. Only to find out when we got back that it wasn’t. Good thing it happened on our last night.

Great location - 5 minute walk to Berjaya Time Square (great for affordable shopping) and 10 minutes to Jalan Alor Street Food with plenty of other shops along the way. Staff and amenities were fantastic :) Would stay here again.

I had a room with an amazing view overlooking the pool. Double glazing meant there was no noise from outside (but guests above me were a bit noisy!)
Breakfast was incredible - so many choices. Staff were so friendly, professional and polite. Location great - a very short walk to the monorail.

Stayed at the Parkroyal Collection in a Club Room.
The room was excellent and serviced to a high standard. The Club facilities were good and offered a selection of food in the evening and at breakfast. Choice of complimentary drinks was good.
The staff went above and beyond. Thanks to Kapil, Jessica, Shirell, Henry. Jon. Nicky. Kushal and Summit for their attentive service.
Thanks also to the staff in the Botanist Bar for the great service.

The room was very clean and felt very fresh. Service provided by the staff was amazing. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and Parkroyal Collection KL had left me a very good impression and had satisfied me beyond my expectations. I will certainly stay there again during my next visit!

Clean, beautiful and modern room. Comfortable bed and temperature control. Loved having the filtered water spout in our room to refill our water bottles. Great variety for breakfast. Excellent location for all the sights. Will definitely check out this chain when travelling to different places.

Staff were so warm and welcoming. They were all very nice and considerate too. The toom was spotless and when we had a tv issuse they switched our room within 30 minutes. The restaurants and bars were amazing as well with great food and drinks.

Super comfortable bed. Great vpool area. All the staff very friendly, professional, patient and helpful for all kinds of questions and service. This place feels like a home, as always. Location (Bukit Bintang MRT, Pavilion, Lot10, Sungei Wang shopping area, and Jln Alor) is fantastic.

The PR is a great hotel - it has a great eco vibe with a lot of greenery inside - perfect match for KL. The room was nice and spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed the lounge add on - the complimentary cocktail hour with snacks was great and a nice spot for a light breakfast, although definitely worth it to go to the main breakfast area as the selection there was extensive!

Parkroyal has always deliver good service, and awesome room, that goes to my stay in Parkroyal in KL. A very warm welcoming from Raj at the reception, and the room is spaicous and clean. The breakfast is incredible, wide spread of food from international to local food. location is walking distance to nearby shopping malls. An incredible experience this time and will definitely come back again

The room we had was excellent, the collection club benefits and staff were brilliant.
The staff were the best part of the hotel (and the hotel is great) very helpful, friendly, personable and willing to assist wherewcer they could.
Would definitely recommend and if I return to KL will look for rooms there.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk and lobby staff also very helpful and very professional. I didn’t want to pay this much to stay in KL but after I was in the hotel I was glad that we stayed here. It was very nice.
