Had a pleasant stay here, location is superb, easy accessibility.

Very convenient to train station. Our stay included a Basel Transit Pass which made it very easy to connect by tram to the Viking dock. If you are staying overnight and arrive or depart by train its a great location.

바젤 출장 때마다 예약하는 호텔입니다. 우선 바젤역 앞이라 매우 편하고, 호불호 없는 조식 수준과 룸 컨디션이 늘 일관성 있게 잘 유지되고 있습니다.
선불로 지불하고 투숙하였으나 체크아웃 시에 중복 결재가 된 것을 발견하였고, 바로 확인 후 취소처리도 잘 되었습니다.

Surprisingly good standards, close to superb communications. Friendly staff.
The only thing lacking is a well lit mirror, on the wall, infront of the desk so that female travellers can have the option to sit down to do their hair and makeup. A comfortable chair with backrest is also missing.

Our stay was lovely at hotel Victoria, the reception staff were so kind, helpful and welcoming. Sometimes being a person of colour in Europe can be daunting but the hotel and Basel in general felt safe.
Only slight feedback I would have is for cleaning, some used plates , mugs etc were not removed or cleaned and rubbish was not taken from the room ( we have accumulated it in a bag and placed it next to the dustbin as all of it would not fit in the bin). Bed and bathroom was cleaned so that was no problem.

The hotel was fantastic. It was situated in the perfect position for us, as it was very close to the train station and we spent a lot of time visiting other cities via the trains. The staff were very attentive and friendly and very helpful whenever we had any questions. They gave us a Basel card on arrival to grant us free inner-city transport and 50% discount on museums, which was a great help. The room was always kept very clean and we were very warm and comfortable there. Cannot fault our stay here, it was perfect.

Great staff and nice hotel. Close to train station and walking distance to many attractions. Parking was a little difficult to find (within the train station underground structure) but was convenient. Would happily stay again

Location was great! It was close to everything we needed and wanted to see. The staff were welcoming when we arrived, helpful storing our luggage and calling a taxi when we were ready to leave. The food was good and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The room was perfect for our needs. The staff understood our travel plans and worked with us to accommodate them. Very professional and top drawer all the way. I would recommend this as a great option for any travelers in Basel.

The young man who checked us in was very professional, helpful, kind, and accommodating. The location of this hotel was also very convenient, a minute away from the trams. Would highly recommend staying here.

Super convenience location. Right in front of the Basel main train station. Even have a direct bus to EuroAioort Basel if needed. Supermanrt available just beside the hotel and many restaurants . Service and condition of hotel was great too

Being near the train station, trams at front door, yet easy walk into city is always a drawcard. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff makes it the perfect stay for me.

The hotel is across the street from the main train station, we got into our room early upon arrival 5 hours early after getting off a river cruise Very convenient trams 200 yards away , very good buffet breakfast.we were given free Basel cars on arrival which covers local transport and half off various attractions. Recommended

Great location, right across from the train station. Room very clean and a great bathroom. The staff was very accommodating to help us with laundry even when the staff was ready to go home, the did laundry for us immediately.

Location is a 10, just opposite to the train station and direct bus to the airport. Staff in the reception is very helpful, especially the gentleman who assisted us to check out, who was very friendly and patiently answered our questions and also recommended us where to visit before we went to the airport. Thank you so much!

Business stay, always a good choice. The only downside is that it is quite noisy from the trams outside.

Conveniently located directly across from the train station. Our stay included complimentary passes to public transportation, with stops for the tram and bus just outside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was perfect for the two of us, with very comfortable beds and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back if we find ourselves in Basel again.
