This was our first ever trip to Antalya and we had a time of our life. It was our first ever all inclusive stay and we enjoyed every bit of it. From drinks to food to amenities, all was class apart.

Everything was perfect from day one. Me and my partner stayed at Rixos Downtown for 7 nights. We had the best, the most relaxing time even. The clients experience is extremely luxurious. All staff, starting from the reception desk, restaurant, clients agents, bartenders, waitress and waitresses, cleaners was extremely nice, helpful and especially Anna- client agent, who was looking after us, went above and beyond, an extra mile, to make even our last hours in the hotel the most enjoyable. All hotel was extremely clean. Room was spotless, with incredible, lovely smell. Everything was just perfect and much more.

The hotel was amazing just difficult for single travellers like i was, especially at meal times as soon as i got up to get more food all my food and drink was cleared away and someone else at the table, this also happened in lounge bar.. it happened many times. I had to raise this issue with staff as it was frustrating. I left a scarf on the chair then which was moved. Eventually i went mad then staff left my things alone.

Otelde önceden de bir kaç sefer konakladim. O zamanlar herşey dahil konsepti yoktur. İlk kes bu konseptle konakladim. Otel odaları yenilenmiş, yataklar çok rahatdi. Temizlik iyi. Yemekler iyidir. Cesidler çöktü. Rus misafirleri çok olduğu için daha çok onlara hitap ediliyor gibime geldi. Akşamları lobby barda canlı müzik vardı. İyiydi

I would like to thank again to receptionist Sophia that upgraded our room number with a better view and receptionist Maria that extended by one hour our checking out. We really liked the hotel and the service, some renovation is needed but overall it was a great stay for us and the pool was heated in February and was used.

Temizlik, ilgi, alaka çok iyiydi. Lumin uygulamasından iletişime geçtiğinizde tatil asistanları hemen cevap verip, ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılıyor. Restoran personeli çok güler yüzlü. Otel içindeki asistanların yüzüne bakmanız yeterli, hemen yanınıza gelip bir isteğinizin olup olmadığını soruyorlar. Ortak tuvaletler bile her zaman temizdi. Çok memnun kaldığımız bir tatil oldu.

Rummet var mycket rent. Personalen var underbara .jag vill nänma Dalila från Marocko som var underbar och mycket hjälpsam och arbetsvillig. Samt Sabri Sever var mycket trevligt mot alla gäster. Matten var så gott och varierar. Jag är starkt rekommendera hotellet.

I had a phenomenal time at Rixos Downtown Antalya. Aylin and Fatma from Guest Relations were amazing and made everything feel easy and personal. Ahmet at the bar was great, and the Filipino ladies in the restaurant were the highlight of every meal, smiling all day long and genuinely spreading happiness. Great food, a really enjoyable stay, lucky with beautiful weather, and the cutest cats around for extra cuddles. Would happily come back.

What really stood out for us was the exceptional level of service from the staff, alongside the overall comfort and quality of the hotel. My husband and I had a brilliant stay from start to finish. At reception, Atilla was extremely welcoming and professional. Upon learning that it was my birthday, he very kindly upgraded us to a room with a panoramic view, which was a thoughtful gesture and truly made our stay feel special. The meet and greet was handled expertly by Aliysa, who immediately made me feel welcome and at ease on arrival. Throughout our stay, the wider team were consistently attentive and friendly. A special mention goes to Mohammed in the fine dining restaurant, who anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and delivered service to a very high standard. The room was spotless, the amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt relaxed yet refined. Overall, it was a memorable experience, largely thanks to the professionalism and warmth of the staff.

Outstanding experience at Rixos Downtown Antalya. Aylin Aali from Guest Relations sets the tone for an exceptional stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya. Her warmth, attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care make a real difference and instantly make you feel looked after. Mani, the mixologist, deserves high praise for his awesome drinks and fantastic attitude, turning every visit to the bar into an experience. Sophia at the front desk is equally impressive with her friendliness, and welcoming presence. This team delivers hospitality at a very high standard, making the stay memorable and easy to recommend.

This was my first time staying here. I was recommended it by a friend. I was very happy with the room and the facilities on offer. The staff a very friendly and helpful. The property is run very professionally and I think it is very good value for money. I'll be back in Antalya in a few months and I'll definitely be staying here.

Everything was amazing. Fatima on customer services was a massive help. Overall, it was great stay. The room was large and very clean. All-inclusive food and drink were superb. The nightly entertainment was very good and great location close to Antalya centre. I would advise anyone holidaying in Antalya to consider booking this hotel.

The front desk staff was very helpful and attentive. Even though it was a weekday, there were activities every day. I'd also like to thank Acar, Maria, Merve, and Sofia. I'll definitely choose this hotel when I come back. I recommend it to everyone.
