The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and even with a roll-away bed added, there was still ample space for three plus-sized adults. Everything was spotless, making our stay relaxing and comfortable.
Service:
Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming. The bellhop was helpful and friendly. Special mention goes to the chambermaid, Diana, who was exceptionally attentive. She thoughtfully provided an extra pillow for my father without being asked and always kept the room clean and fresh. Her warm smile and care truly enhanced our stay.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was delicious, with a good daily variety of local Malaysian and international dishes.
Location:
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the shopping district, surrounded by malls. A monorail station is just a 1-minute walk away, Jalan Alor is about 10 minutes on foot, and Berjaya Times Square is directly opposite, making it an ideal base for shopping, dining, and exploring Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel is nice & clean. Conveniently located across the road from Berjaya Time Square. With the monorail also right there. Lots of other smaller shopping area & eateries nearby.

Our room TV channels 21 was not visible for an European soccer on which we wanted to watch the game between Liverpool and galatasaray, we called the room service that the technician took the trouble to change a TV set for us at midnight 3.00am. good job.

Excellent Stay with Family at Melia Kuala Lumpur
I recently stayed at Melia Kuala Lumpur with my family and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We had clean, well-maintained interconnecting rooms, which were perfect for staying close to our parents while still enjoying our own space.
The hotel amenities were excellent, catering well to both relaxation and convenience. One of the biggest perks was the location—within walking distance to major shopping centres, which made exploring the city and dining out incredibly easy.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend Melia Kuala Lumpur to families or anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable hotel in the heart of the city.

The hotel service was excellent. The room thermostat was likely not working, and the aircon was extremely cold even at the highest temperature setting. After the hotel technician had a look at the aircon and confirmed the problem, we were given the choice to change room. We chose to stay however, and the hotel staff obliged blankets and douvets (we ended up with 3 layers by the time checked out!)

ホテルのすぐそばに駅があるのですがエレベーターやー下りのエスカレーターがないので少し不便に感じました。
しかし、すぐそばにコンビニがあるのでちょっとした買い物には便利です。
部屋も広くとても快適でした。

The hotel room is spacious and clean. The Times Square shopping center is just across the street and there are many restaurants there. Other major shopping centers are also in a walk distance. Highly recommended.

Ideal location. Great for woman traveling solo.
Close by lots of malls to shop. Also close to get facial, massage (foot and body)….Some malls offer other activities (miniatures display…)to do besides shopping…close by choice of food amazing, delicious and safe (for ex- Jalan Alor Food street). Kuala Lumpur felt safe. Hop on hop off near by

We stayed 3 nights at Melia. The staff was helpful and kind, from the security guard outside the hotel, porter, manager, receptionist, and the housekeeping personnel. Our room is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is good. At Melia, we feel like almost home. The hotel is in a strategic location for shopping, etc. We definitely stay here again when we are in KL.

We stayed in this property during our visit to KL. Its a nice hotel with very cleaned, spacious rooms right in front of berjaya square. We stayed on high floor and the view was awesome. Hotel staff was kind and helpful. Buffet breakfast was intercontinental with huge variety.

The location of the accommodation is good. It is also convenient for shopping.

The Hotel location is great. Just next to the Monorail Imbi Station. A few shopping malls are around the Hotel.
The room is spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
We definitely will stay here again for my next visit.

The hotel is right next to the monorail station IMBI which makes it easy to go to Sentral station and then take the express train to the airport. Staff friendly and helpful. The porters are so genuinely nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Walk to lots of shopping and dining options.

쿠알라룸푸르에 도착하여 다음 숙박지로 가기전 임시 거처로 예약하여 숙박함.
모로레일 역 바로 앞에 위치해 있고 타임스퀘어 맞은편으로 숙박으로는 괜찮은 위치임.
Suite Room으로 업그레이드 해줘서 편하게 잘 이용하였음.
조식 뷔페도 다양한 입맛에 적합하게 메뉴가 준비되어 있었음.

깔끔하고 좋아요! 직원들도 친절했습니다. 조식도 만족스러웠어요. 호텔 바로 근처에 편의점과 마트가 있어서 편했어요! 도보로 이동 가능한 야시장이 있고, 날씨가 더워서 그랩을 타고 다녔지만 파빌리온 쇼핑몰도 도보로 이동 가능한 거리입니다 :)

흡연실을 신청했는데 프리미어 등급에 흡연실이 남은게 없어서 한단계 더 업그레이드 해주셨어요. 바로 길 건너가 타임스퀘어라 체크아웃 후 바로 싱가폴로 넘어가는 고속버스를 탈 수 있어 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 엄청 친절하시고 부킷빈탕이나 파빌리온으로도 걸어갈 수 있는 거리라 굉장히 만족 스러웠습니다
