Todo muy bien excepto por el orden y limpieza en el gimnasio. Era un desastre en esta ocasión. El equipo descompuesto ( la mitad de los aparatos) , mucha basura.

Rooms were very clean and staff were VERY helpful and friendly throughout our 4 day visit.

This place has great service! All of their staff were friendly. The amenities helped us a lot as we extended our stay. Being able to take the shuttle they offer, washing clothes, breakfast was good, and a/c / heater helped. Would recommend this place to others!

La mayoría del personal es completamente amable y servicial, salvo una sola chica que está en recepción, que no tiene muy buen carácter.
El lugar está muy muy agradable, confortable. Sugeriría que hubiera la manera de tener un poco de privacidad la alberca porque está completamente al centro y visible para quien pase.
De ahí en fuera está perfecto el lugar.
Los alrededores aunque no en la calle del hotel, se perciben con muchos vagabundos que dan la impresión de inseguridad para caminar por la zona, sin embargo el personal del hotel que te traslada a cualquier lado te lleva y trae a donde sea sin andar caminando por ahí.
