The room was so lovely and cosy and the bed was the ultimate in comfort. Everyone we spoke to on the staff were so helpful and friendly. The lobby felt so festive too. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay

Localização muito boa, principalmente para quem quer ir ao congresso que fica mesmo ao lado, transportes públicos mesmo em frente e parque pago coberto para carros na proximidade.
Funcionários simpáticos, ótimo restaurante (muito obrigada ao chefe que foi de uma simpatia e generosidade louvável hoje em dia) e pequeno almoço de grande variedade.
Hotel moderno, bonito e confortável. Sem dúvida iremos voltar. Muito obrigada a toda a equipa

Loved the expresso machine in the room. Small space but clean. They put us in a room early, which was needed after being up for 30 hours.

Bar was great!! Loved Oliver 😍 the deco in all the hotel was beautifully done. Bathroom especially. Very clean and the staff was great....especially Rudy and Oliver!

Leider keine Parkplätze vorhanden. Konnte im nahegelegenen messeparkhais parken, kostet aber 50 Franken!!!

Fantastic stay, perfect location. Close to everything and very friendly staff. Highly recommend the breakfast for 29 swiss francs if you book ahead of time.

Basel is a quaint city. Rooms were clean. Easy public transportation to downtown and zoo. The hotel bar had a great attentive bartender and breakfast was a good spread every day.

Everything was very nice with lovely Christmas decorations for the holiday season. We did get charged for breakfast for both mornings even though we only ordered it for one day, so double-check they understand what you are requesting.

Everything was great. The staff was friendly and informative.The rooms were clean. Only thing wrong was the construction that was taking place next to the hotel. The hotel was centrally located to what I wanted see and explore. Will stay again.
