Really enjoyed our 3 night stay here at the start of our Malaysia holiday. The hotel is located within an easy 15 min walk to the Petronas Towers and KLCC. Helpfully, the Avis car rental office is also located at the ground floor business lobby, which made out subsequent hire car pickup very easy when we checked out
The hotel is of a more traditional, grand style. The rooms have recently been updated and modernised and are very comfortable. The gym was excellent and the outdoor pool very pleasant after a morning of sightseeing in the heat. Lots of fresh towels always available. We had an Exec room which meant we got access to the club lounge where complimentary cocktails/drinks and snacks were available each evening and made for a relaxing start to the evening
The staff were always friendly and helpful, particularly so in the main lounge area where we enjoyed relaxing with a drink. Breakfast was excellent as ever for a Sheraton, with lots of choice for all nationalities and the usual polite and efficient service.
Would happily stay here again when visiting KL

Excellent service from the moment we arrived until the very end of our stay. The staff were truly fantastic—friendly, professional, and always helpful. The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean throughout our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options, although international choices were somewhat limited. The fresh-pressed juices were excellent.

La habitación aunque le hace falta una reforma es muy amplia y cómoda. Muy bien insonorizada y con buenas vistas.
El personal es súper amable y el hotel está muy bien situado.
El desayuno es variado pero no al gusto occidental y cuando pides un zumo de naranja parece que les preguntas el secreto de la Coca Cola.

The room offered breathtaking views, a spacious and elegantly designed interior, and a luxurious bathroom. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. Neighborhood was very walkable and close to important areas.

The stay was perfect. Really located in the heart of city centre. Easy to get food as lots of cafe and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly.

Me todella nautimme yöpymisestä me täällä. Henkilökunnan palvelu oli erinomaista. Aamupalalla oli runsaasti erilaisia vaihtoehtoja ja aamuisin tuotiin vielä lisäksi usein maisteluun jotain pientä. Zandii, kokki oli erittäin hyvä ja palveleva.

The shower, bathtub & bathroom sink not draining. Dirt coming out from sink if taking a shower or having a bath. A great place with staff are amazing over good custom service.

An overnight before flying home the next day. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Great size room with view.

Where to start!! Sheraton Imperial Hotel Kuala Lumpur has been my second home every time I'm visiting Kuala Lumpur.
This year is my 5th visit to Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur. My visit lasted 3 weeks to a month/per visit.
Make it special this year is The Chinese Lunar New year with all Chinese New Year decorations and Lion Dance performance.
Let's start of an Excellent hospitality provided by the ladies and gentleman from Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur that kept me coming back over and over again!
From the moment you step on the entrance carpet, the warm greeting and warm welcome given from all the Door man/Bellhop with a smile.
This trip I managed to experience all facilities in the hotel. My room reservation is on the club level.
The ladies and gentleman at the club always professional and friendly. To: Sha and Chung: Exe Club Lounge
Essence( the cafe ) I had breakfast there almost everyday. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I can't remember her name, she is the chef at the Soup and Tim Sum Station. She so friend and patient even i saw some customer giving her hard time just because she don't understand what the guest need.

スタッフのサービスや朝食などは素晴らしく良いステイとなりました。部屋も広めで1週間ほどの滞在になったのですが、過ごしやすかったです。場所も中心街から近いのでGrabを使って様々な場所に行きやすいのも利点だと思います。目の前にモールがあるのでスーパーやレストランなども気軽に利用できました。唯一の欠点は、エアコンがカビ臭かったですが、エアコン止めれば問題なかったです。施設全体の空調で充分涼しく感じました。

People are nice, the overall facilities are a bit old but is under good maintenance. Considering the biz trip budget, I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

흠 잡을데가 없는 숙소

숙소 컨디션도 좋고 위치도 좋아서 걸어서 운동삼아 트원타워도 갈수있구요. 차로 이동도 편하고 모노레일이 바로 앞에있어 좋습니다.
조식도 괜찮은데 음식량이 충분치 않은적이 3박중 2박이나 있었네요. 이건 정말 개선 필요함.
세탁 다름질이 잘못되어 옷이 번들거려졌는데 백프로는 아니지만 나름 재작업 해주시고.
다른건 다 만족합니다. 수영장은 어린이를 위한 장소예요

깨끗하고.직원들도 친절했습니다. 룸도 큰편이어서 편했습니다. 다만..화장실 변기상태가 별로였습니다. 조식은 가성비가 좋았습니다.
