We had the best stay at The Ritz-Carlton. The level of luxury, comfort, and service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff, especially housekeeping, were outstanding — incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely caring, making us feel like family while catering to our every need. The hotel was immaculate, with housekeeping attending twice daily to ensure the room was perfectly clean and fully stocked.
We were delighted by the thoughtful complimentary birthday setup for my husband upon arrival, complete with a cake, which was a wonderful surprise. The daily delivery of a fresh mini cake to our room was a lovely luxury touch. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, with everything within walking distance, making it easy and straightforward to explore and enjoy the area. A truly memorable and refined stay.

The Ritz is the Ritz of course. I was delighted. Well,if i have to say a negative ,it's the paintings in the rooms. They are photos and not necessarily amazing. But well , all is just perfect at the Ritz ♥️

We only stayed one night but it was well worth it. The hotel is conveniently located near the pavilion shopping mall which is their main shopping area and it is connected with air conditioned walkway which was nice. We didn't get to participate in breakfast or dinner or the pool but all looked great. Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend.

The beds were just a little uncomfortable in the r three bedroom suite. It was a little older so not as updated but staff was excellent

ホテルスタッフは皆さんとても親切で部屋も清潔感があり快適に過ごせました。
1日に何度もクリーニングが入り、潔癖症の私にはとても嬉しいサービスでした。
朝食は洋食はあまり口に合いませんでしたが、マレーシア料理はとても美味しく、ローカル店で試し難いお料理もホテルで試すことができて、その後ローカル店でも挑戦するきっかけになりました。瓶入りのジュースも美味しかったです。
空調は少し効きすぎて温度の変更をしても夜は寒く感じました。
場所はとても便利な場所にありましたが、直接ホテルに入るには少し入り組んだ道を使うのが不便でした。（道が開発中なのかな？）ただし、系列のJWマリオットと建物がつながっているので後半はそこを利用しました。
ホテルの快適さも相まって、再び訪れたい国の上位になりました。

英語が話せない私達夫婦にも クラブラウンジスタッフさんがゆっくり話ししてくれて 全てに気遣いを感じられた滞在でした。
ホテル滞在を楽しむ為の旅だったので 広いお部屋で とても楽しくゆっくり過ごす事ができました！

Great hotel, convenient, with many shopping malls around the area. Clean, spacious rooms and thank you the great service staff who allow upgrades our rooms to the executive rooms which were very spacious and with all the necessary amenities. All the staff in the hotel were very attentive and with great smiles. We will definitely come back to the great hotel the next time we will visit the country.

Service in Ritz has always be impeccable. However this time slightly less on the housekeeping for the room. Also when I went to my room I found there are small dessert (cakes) complimentary but the food is uncovered. Hence please improve on the hygiene not to leave food exposed.

Die Lage ist super in der Nähe von 2 großen Einkaufszentren. Das Personal ist ausgezeichnet, sehr gut ausgebildet und geht auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein. Die Ausstattung ist von erstaunlicher Qualität und das Zimmer sehr geräumig. Das einzige, was mir nicht sehr gefallen hat, ist der Pool, der keine Aussicht hat und sich auf einer niedrigeren Ebene befindet.

Amazing hotel great staff and service. For kids you are only allowed in one pool that does not get a lot of sun but other than that it is in an amazing location. Right next to pavilion and Rex. Staff are amazing.

嫁とスパの予約に行ったら、違う時間しか空いて無かったので、諦めようとしたら、隣接するJWマリオットのスパを紹介してくれて嬉しかったです。
それと息子が予約した部屋が、レジデンスタイプでかなり広くびっくりしました。

“We stayed for two nights and were very happy with the staff, as well as the early check-in after a long overnight flight. The room on level 9, which is my favorite, was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The only issue was that the towels appeared worn out from overuse.
