Beautiful hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful- nothing is too much trouble. The concierge guys are amazing and go out of their way to help - booking restaurants and private tours. Great location and lovely pool

Great location - next to Petronas Towers. Short walk to bars, restaurants, shopping mall and metro station. We stayed in a club room and the club lounge was like an oasis - lovely food and drinks with perfect views from the 24th floor. Swimming pool area was lovely - got very busy but always managed to find a sunbed. Staff were exceptional, particular the lovely man from Penang in the club lounge (sorry can’t remember his name) and the doormen. Only slight disappointment was breakfast - just didn’t do it for me. Would go back in a heartbeat.

This is a really lovely, cool, clean, fragrant hotel. There is nothing the staff won't do to assist and don't even need to be asked half the time, they will see the problem and anticipate your need.

AMAZING HOTEL!!! Highly recommend. Spectacular location and view. Kind, efficient staff. The room was large and spotless. We loved it so much we didn't want to go out in the city too much. We could see the whole area from the room. Great breakfast, especially the homemade rotis. Nice bar area.

We really enjoyed staying at Mandarin Oriental in KL. The staff were super nice and the concierge helped us bring our luggage upstairs. Check in was simple and there was a welcome drink and cooling wet towel provided. Room was very spacious and king bed was very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave the room

What can I say, this hotel is truly first class in every way. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless, warm, and unmistakably upscale.
Our room was spotless, with impeccable white-glove cleanliness and flawless housekeeping. There was always plenty of drinking water provided, along with both coffee and tea service in the room, which we really appreciated. We paid a great rate and were assigned a twin room, which was perfectly comfortable and absolutely fine for our stay.
The linens were top-of-the-line, crisp, sparkling white, and pressed to perfection. Fresh towels every day and a beautifully refreshed room after each housekeeping service made returning to our room a genuine pleasure.
The rooftop pool area on the 3rd floor was lovely, offering a peaceful escape with attentive food and drink service. You could enjoy lunch or dinner right at your lounger, or dine in the designated seating area, all while taking in views of the city alongside the greenery of the nearby park, a wonderful balance of urban and serene.
The location is ideal, set in one of Kuala Lumpur’s trendiest areas and within easy reach of everything. The doormen greeted us warmly each day with genuine smiles, always asking how our day had been. Those small touches truly set this hotel apart.
Warm, elegant, and undeniably luxurious, the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur delivers exactly what you’d expect from a world-class hotel. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderfully located upscale hotel. A bit dated but still nicely maintained.

We had an amazing time! The staff went above and beyond every step of the way from check-in to the pool to housekeeping. The turndown service was top notch and the food by the pool is cooked right next to you. It’s some of the best food I’ve had. I would definitely go back to this property and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to KL.

Expediaにはランドリー設備ありとあったが、実際にはセルフのコインランドリーなどはなかった。幸い徒歩5分くらいのところに人が常駐しているコインランドリーがあり、そちらを利用できたので助かった。

Our second time staying at the MO KL. It didn’t disappoint. We had club access which was extremely useful if you want to work on your laptop or take meetings outside of your room, you can use the club, very convenient, comfortable and great views over KLCC park and the Petronas Towers. The club offering refreshments and an alternative location for breakfast was brilliant as we were staying over Christmas the hotel was extremely busy.
We tried breakfast both on the main ground floor and at the club, more variety and fresher tasting fruit on the ground floor but less crowded and more intimate on the club floor.
Didn’t have time to use the pool this time but it’s fantastic, used the well equipped and large gym daily! All hotel gyms should be like this!
Thank you to the team at MO KL for making our stay memorable and a special Christmas trip.

薬の近くに水と新しくティッシュペーパーを置いてくれました。
心遣いがありがたい。
ラウンジアクセス利用で、コンシェルジュの方やスタッフの方の笑顔での声かけ。

Room cleaning was excellent and staff were brilliant. Our room overlooked the park and dancing fountains which looked great, specially at night
. We also could see the Petronas twin towers. Large shopping mall was next to the hotel. Would recommend for facilities, food, staff and position for exploring Kuala Lumpur.

Et fantastisk hotel udover det sædvanlige. Vi har rejst mange steder i verden men aldrig oplevet noget som dette hotel. Personalet er enestående. Super lækker morgenmad, værelserne er fantastiske. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage. En særlig stor tak skal lyde til Jakob Koepernick for at gøre vores ophold uforglemmeligt.
