It was an Amazing stay

My room had a view of the Twin Towers as they was just 150 metres away. The room was ideal. Traffic noise should be considered as this could be a problem for some.
Check-in staff were excellent and very helpful.

Room was really spacious with chaise long, bath and shower in room, lobby was big with lots of facilities. Staff helpful and friendly. Great location near Petronas towers

The location of this hotel could not be more suitable. So many restaurants and shopping close by, many are walkable which is not always the case in Kuala Lumpur. Is 45 to 1.5 hour from airport depending on traffic.
Rooms are much nicer than price would indicate. Great value.

Friendly and helpful staff upon check in. Clean, comfortable and spacey room. Equiped with bath tub and necessary toiletries in the room. Strategic location near to KLCC and nearby tourist attractions venue in KL.

The room is clean and the bed are comfortable. This is our repeated stay here. Friendly check-in staff.
It’s very close to Petronas twin towers, Suria KLCC and lots of eateries within walking distance.
Free parking at the basement and the room rate is reasonable.

多少古さは感じるものの、遊び歩いて寝るだけなので十分です。トイレの流れが悪いのと、シャワーがそこまで暖かくならないのが残念でした。
スタッフの対応は最高です。ありがとうございました。

Klasse Hotel, Top Lage direkt gegenüber der Twin-Towers !
Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, ansonsten Metro, Hop-On Hop-Hoff, Taxi direkt vor der Tür.
Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Hotel in gepflegtem Zustand, mein Zimmer ( oberstes Stockwerk ) war top und sehr sauber mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die Stadt.
Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden !

The hotel is well located just downtown and close to the Petronas, shopping and parks. The only negative note is the state of the facilities which needs renovations.

공항에서 호텔까지는 버스를 이용했는데 호텔앞까지 올 수 있어서 좋았습니다.
또한, 쿠알라룸푸르 최대의 상징님 페트로나스 빌딩을 도보로 갈 수 있을만큼 가깝습니다.
또한, 19층에 묵었는데 밤에 창밖으로 보이는 야경도 좋았습니다.
트윈룸이었는데 한쪽은 전동베드라 아주 편안하게 묵을 수 있었습니다.
다만, 한쪽만 전동침대인 것은 좀 아쉬웠습니다.
욕실도 넓고 욕조도 있어 아주 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

한마디로 가성비 좋은 호텔, 지리적위치 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 마야호텔의 룸사이즈는 타 호텔에 비해 매우 큼직하고 좋습니다. 가족들끼리 여행 갔을 때 특히 추천할 만합니다. 조식부페는 깔끔하고 심플해서 만족스러우나 grand breakfast 를 선호하는 분들은 좀 감안하셔야 할듯합니다. 습식사우나와 바데풀 등 만족스러운 수영장시설입니다. 수영장이 실내이지만 옆으로는 야외로 뚫려있어서 환풍이 좋습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러우나 호텔 자체가 오래된 관계로 노후된 것은 감안해야합니다. 특히 열대지방의 특성이기는 하나 수영장에서 바퀴벌레를 발견하고 신고했으나 바로 박멸은 힘든 듯합니다. 하지만 곧 레노베이션 들어간다고 합니다. 전반적으로 시설 보수 및 리노베이션하면 KLCC 3분거리의 최적의 위치에 가성비 좋은 호텔로는 최고일 듯 합니다. 또한 13층에 위치한 스카이라운지가 투숙객에게는 매일 저녁 complimentary음료 및 다과를 제공하여 Petronas Twin Tower 와 KL 타워를 볼수 있습니다. 리노베이션시 에어컨도 정비를 했으면 합니다. 전반적으로 직원들 서비스는 훌륭합니다. 모기 발견시 즉각 모기퇴치제를 제공하였고, 하수구 물이 천천히 내려간다고 신고시 즉각 사람을 보내 해결해 주었습니다.

市中心部でロケーションの良い場所です。ペトロナスツインタワーのすぐ近くです。ホテルの構造が吹き抜けになっているので各階・各部屋のドアを閉めるときに大きな音がして響くのが少し気になった。

Great place to stay close to KLCC. A bit of a walk from the metro but still convenient location and easy to get around.

Hotel is hard to find, not signed very well and lobby is on the 2nd floor of the building. Staff at check in did not tell us everything, we had to figure it out. Pool is on the 3rd floor (which is designated for Muslims) which made us feel uncomfortable. Breakfast was amazing!! Check in staff was okay but not helpful and hard to understand, but other staff were friendly. Beds in the rooms are rock hard and uncomfortable.

Crazy to have the reception on first floor. the big restaurant on ground floor was boring and not interesting. The small cafe/bar on 12th floor was great, loved the food,- and not to forget the incredible view.But way to loud music. Don´t book a taxi at the reception,- far too expensive. Nice room, big and very clean. Even though we stayed at 18th floor there still was noice from the street during the night.

Hôtel idéalement placé au pied des tours petronas. Chambre spacieuse .
Par contre sommeil léger s abstenir !! Aucune insonorisation, même au 21eme étage , on attend la circulation qui est très dense à cet endroit . Bouchons d oreille indispensables.

Very nice hotel except the elevator doors only open for 2 seconds. You have to be ready and jump in fast or they will close. There are 4 elevators, if you wait by the wrong one you’ll miss it. Also no plug ins near the bed.
