Top notch service! We also loved that it’s above the mall so we can get some groceries or shopping done.
Loved that it’s beside the Ampang Park RapidKL so it’s easy to get around and since it’s not exactly in the middle of the city centre, the jam is bearable.

Ontbijt was heel erg goed en er zijn genoeg winkels in het gebouw. Het hotel is gesitueerd in een Shopping Mall. Heel goed. De metro en bus zijn op loopafstand. Een fijn en goed hotel 👍

La chambre est spacieuse, très propre avec tout le confort nécessaire. L’hôtel est situé au cœur de Kuala Lumpur à 15min à pieds des Tours Petronas. Je recommande!

What an incredible hotel, such wonderful layout and beautiful spacious rooms, the staff are especially friendly as you learn to expect from DT Hilton and from Malaysians in general, as they are all incredibly nice welcoming people.

Super god lokation. En gåtur på 15 min til Petronas Towers. Meget rent hotel og rigtig gode værelser med plads til kufferter og opbevaring. Fine faciliteter på hotellet. Hotellet kunne dog godt bruge flere solsenge. Super tilfreds med opholdet

客室も綺麗で清潔、スタッフも親切で日本語は通じなかったですが、Google翻訳で対話もスムーズにできてリクエストにも親切に対応していただきました。地下にスーパーが入っていて、珍しいフルーツやスパイスなど手頃に購入できるのも良かったです。スーパーではアルコール販売もあり、喫煙も時間内で可能です。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing.
A special thank you to the team for the complimentary room upgrade — it was a pleasant surprise and truly appreciated. It made my stay even more comfortable and memorable. I would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The breakfast was great. So much variety. The egg station was excellent, especially Amir K, junior sous chef. He was so friendly.
Our floor attendant Wahid was exceptional. Best service ever! So warm and friendly.
Everyone in the Executive Lounge was great especially Magis, Kush and Aidil. Also Ms. Shandala provided great service.
It was my wife's bday and they surprised us with cake and beautiful towel animal decorations.
