Faultless room. Had some fun working the A/C but other than that the stay (4 nights was excellent). Breakfast was good as well.

Die Zimmer waren schön groß und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr hilfbereit, vorallem der Consierge. Vielen Dank!
Wir hatten das Hotel gebucht, weil es einen Pool haben sollte. Leider wurde dieser renoviert, worüber wir vorher nicht informiert wurden und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Es wurde zwar ein Transfer zum Hotel Pullmann angeboten, den wir 2x nutzten, die Rückfahrt mussten wir selber zahlen und im Hotel Pullmann bekommt man kein WiFi- Passwort, also keine toller Ersatz.

Breakfast had good variety of foods and was very tasty. Room was clean and comfortable. Service was wonderful throughout from check-in to housekeeping to restaurant staff.

Breakfast was freshly cooked to order. Staff were very friendly especially in the club lounge special thanks to Jabid who was always welcoming, friendly and attentive. Room was cleaned thoroughly daily by a very friendly staff member. The shopping mall was 10minutes from hotel

Definitely a 5-star hotel with its excellent service and cleanliness. I even received a yummy chocolate cake and some sweets in my room as it was my birthday weekend. The hotel is relatively close to all the malls and cafes near KLCC. I had no problem with my stay from check in to check-out. Loved it. Will visit again.

Warm welcome from staff here. Inside hotel have 6 restaurant . Have huge swimming pool at level 5. Also spa and fitness room too. Very useful information and nearby other restaurant plus shopping mall here.

This hotel was an absolute delight,beautiful foyer and spacious rooms,you are really treated like royalty,the pool was fantastic and the pool guy very friendly,all in all a fantastic stay for a very reasonable price also location was excellent

Received warm reception upon arrival. Grand lobby and spacious rooms. Clean and helpful staff. Convenient free shuttle to Central KL City Centres nearby. Highly recommended.
