The hotel is not next to monorail station but not far away. Thus, even u use the public transportation system, it is very easy to access this hotel. The room is nice and clean. Do use the pool during my stay there, which is a nice one as well. Many good choices around this hotel, particulate the night market area. Finally, I would like to thank the staff Andrew to help me arrange the grab service that I can arrive at the airport on time. Thanks

I’m really satisfied with this hotel. Walking distance to Bintang Walk. Comfortable pillow, bed and all the services provided. That’s all.

Everything was excellent. But I was terribly disappointed with the breakfast. Your hotel is one of the few hotels which charged higher price for breakfast but it was not up to standard. Both days, were served the same menu. And the menu served were quite bored. Hope can pay attention on this aspect.

Location location location :) Short walk to Jl Alor..the "food court" street. Every imaginable asian delicacy. Also a short walk to Petaling Street markets, and all Bukit Bintang pubs, Clubs and massage parlours. Even the Pavillion Shopping Mall was walkable. Hotel itself was very good.

娘が留学中に1度は行ってみたかったクアラルンプールへ。スイスガーデンホテルは娘からも推されてたホテルで評判通り良かった。シャワーの勢いが少し弱め以外は。

The check-in & check-out was very fast. Staff were very friendly. Entertained our requests immediately. Very good place to stay with families.

便利な場所にあります。あるいて数分でジャランアローに行くことができます、そこからPavilionやKLCCにも歩いていく事ができます。
Hop on Hop Offのバスが目の前に止まるので、Gフロアのカウンターでチケットを買えば、ホテルを出てすぐにHop on Hop Offのバスに乗る事ができます。

Room was big and clean and provided the necessary essentials in the room such as soap, shampoo, toothbrush etc
WiFi was abit annoying as you have to log in everyday if you are not a member to the hotel chain.
There are convenient stores which are open 24hrs so that was handy.

Parking payant sous l'hôtel.
Le métro est a une dizaine de minutes de l'hôtel.
Si on aime marcher les principaux centres d'intérêts sont a une grosse demie heure de l'hôtel.

Overall great. Some stuff in the room is aging and perhaps they shall be,do cleaned, repaired or replaced such as bin etc.
