I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the staff. Courteous, friendly and helpful.
Quite a good spread for breakfast. Centrally located (very close to Berjaya Times Square) and has a view of KL tower and Petronas from the room.

中はリニューアルされて非常に綺麗。プールサイドのテラスでいただける朝食も満足できます。唯一の欠点はジムがない事ですがそれを差し引いてもお得なホテルです。

Old hotel but good maintenance! Only the air condition and water faucet very hard to control the temperature. Overall it’s a nice hotel and great location.

The Federal Hotel is ideally placed in the centre of the city, in walking distance of many attractions, including the Petronas Towers. the Hotel is also very close to both the old and new train stations with taxis costing hardly anything between each. The city bus tour goes from the street corner only 1 block from the hotel and on the opposite corner is the beginning of the main tourist bar street and markets. the hotel is well appointed, with a grand entrance, and well furnished rooms, even the budget rooms. A bonus was the hotel has plenty of quiet public space so I was able to meet clients with ease. The pool area is lovely, the pool is clean with a lifeguard on duty, and you can see the Petronas Towers from the poolside.

Centrally located with quick access to all malls.
Tips - Take the Merdeka wing room. Its amazing compared to the normal room.
Breakfast is awesome. Large variety of foods.

Great hotel in terms of location and value. Right in the middle of the most interesting area, Bukit Bintang. Lots of restaurants, shopping malls, street spectacles. Cheerful and helpful employees made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Will be back.

Some hotel rooms are dated but some rooms are newly renovate... the hotel in general is perfect for solo traveller, couples and families as it is very convenient and walkable to many places ... night street food market etc

시내 중앙에 있어서 이동선이 아주 좋았습니다. 야시장등 거의 모든 것이 걸어서 이동 가능합니다.
다만 그랩택시가 차량이 막힐때는 들어오지 못하였고. 1일투어 차량도 러시아워 때는 호텔까지 오지 않습니다. 나머지는 모두 괜 찮습니다.

Good hotel nice n clean room but the receptionist on afternoon sift is vary bad totally not helpful but day shifts staff is vary nice

2) friendly housekeeping, front-desk & security staff
3) excellent food especially breakfast
Dislike:
1) carpark is too far at Low Yat Plaza - it was raining during 1 of the days and we could not find any umbrella to borrow
2) rude kitchen staff during breakfast - a big Indian guy serving at the eggs counter was very rude to my son by shouting at him to wait for his turn even though my son did not shout/demand anything - such aggressive behaviour will cast a bad impression on tourists and local guests.

それ以外は宿泊費、立地も含め大変素晴らしい。
次にクアラルンプールを訪れる時にも利用したい。

Hotel très bien situé et très confortable dans la rue principale qui est très animée. Il est peut-être un peu bruyant quand on est dans le Hall (Karaoké) mais les chambres restent très calmes.

Location is excellent. Close to Jalan Alor, Lot 10, Time Square and Pavillion. You will have a hard time deciding where to have your meals. Enjoy.
