This hotel is in a great location. The staff is really nice, Eki and Gee were so professional and helpful and friendly, they made our 5 day stay so nice. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was always great. When we come back to KL this will be our hotel. I very much recommend this hotel while inKL.

Excellent property. The staff were extremely friendly, and check-in was the fastest I have experienced in the past four years. I travel frequently for business and have stayed in many hotels, but this one truly stood out.

何しろ立地が最高です。コスパもよいし、9階でしたが部屋からの景色は高層タワーが3つとも見えるので素晴らしかったです。観光中は、途中でホテルで一休みして、再度スタートをしたので、疲れを取ったり着替えたりととても便利でおすすめです。

モノレール等の駅からも近くショッピングモール側にあるため移動するのにとても便利でした。スタッフも荷物の移動を手伝ってくださったり親切でした。また泊まりたいです。

The room was exactly what I needed during my stay.
Breakfast each morning on Level M was delicious and filling.
Convenient location to Bukit Bintang Station, shops and dinning around the area.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. It's very conveniently located, and the rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

外装は古いが中はリフォームしているみたいで、とても綺麗で清潔だった。スタッフの方、特にフロントの方はとても親切でフレンドリーでした。朝食も良かった。立地も街のど真ん中でモノレール、地下鉄の駅が徒歩3分にある。この宿泊費だったらコスパ良すぎです。当然また利用します。

Well priced hotel. Close to monorail and MRT. Breakfast was yummy and efficient. Housekeeping was excellent.

I like the cleanliness, breakfast with lot of choices, staffs were helpful, a lot shopping malls nearby and with reasonable rates.

スタッフがみんなフレンドリーで親切。毎朝話しかけてくれたのは嬉しかった。宿泊者同士でも会話する機会が多くとても楽しく過ごせました。
屋台街やショッピングモールなど様々なコンテンツも多く、ホテルの周りでも十分楽しめました。
少し遠出するにも地下鉄やモノレールの駅近くなので、迷うことなく色々な場へ遊びに出るのも便利でした。
必要十分な設備とサービス、清潔感ある毎日の清掃は心地よかったです。
次もこのエリアに泊まるならここに泊まると思います。

I was pretty good hotel and I will stay again if I visit KL.
Good location, 5minutes to Bukit Bintang station, 10minutes to night market, alot of good restaurant around, especially perfect location for someone who loves shopping, 5 to 10 minutes walking distance, hotel walkers are friendly, breakfast was decent.

建物の外観は古いが、中は綺麗になっている。道路を挟んだ目の前にローカルショッピングモールがあるので、便利。モノレールの駅そばなので、アクセスも抜群。

Good location near monorail and subway line.
Opposite Sungei Wang Plaza and next to Lot 10 Mall. Nearby is the Pavilion shopping centre. Plenty of food to choose nearby.
Room is nice and clean. However, toilet area needs a bit upgrading. Would be nice if can provide a hand towel instead of just bath towels, as basin area can be wet after using the tap.

ブキビンタンのモノレール及びMRT駅に近いため交通の便利がいいです。施設は少し古く、日本人の私には朝食のパンが美味しくなかったです。

ブギビンタンの街中にあり、伊勢丹もすぐ近くなので日本食も食べれます。

建物は古いですが、値段も安いので、アクセスを考えればコスパはいいと思います。

Au niveau environnement l'immeuble vétuste juste à côté laisse à désirer.
Il est dommage que les fenêtres de chambre ne s'ouvrent pas, ce qui ne permet pas une aération naturelle.
