The room was very clean, clean linen, spacious, purification water system.
The hospitality was up to standard.

Hotel was very nice, good breakfast although very crowded some mornings. Pool was nice although the steps into the pool need replacing and it would have been more relaxing without the security guard always hanging around.
Convenient location, next to a very busy road that was difficult to cross on foot.
Would recommend overall.

honestly i always just stay at the dorsett when i go to KL. its nice, great location, clean, the staff is friendly, and has great value for the price.

Property was very clean. Area was walkable. Room was quite large which was nice since we had a lot of luggage.

チェックインに若干手間取っている感じがあったが、それ以外は個人的には文句なし。
珍しい3ベッドルームで料金もリーズナブル。部屋も清潔でちょうど良いスペースだった。
特筆すべきは朝食で、ナシレマが作れるほか、中華系、インド系、ベトナム、日本など、ここまで種類が多いとは思わなかった。
クロワッサンはキッチンで焼いていた。
クアラルンプールに行く際はぜひ次回も泊まりたい。

Rooms are quite big. I got connected rooms for my family. Very attentive service also. Location very convenient.

We had a great time in Kuala Lumpur! The hotel is across from the ritz Carlton and Tribeca, 2 blocks from the Pavilion shopping center, where you have access to the MRT. We got upgraded and had a wonderful view of the city and buildings around! Thank you 🙏😊

Excellence on all accounts! Front desk and staff friendly, professional, attentive, helpful, doing their very best so that the stay would be first class. And the ecofriendliness (especially in terms of avoiding plastic) was brought to highest standards, including a special tap in the bathroom for filtered water. Moreover a genious way of encouraging guest to save the planet was introduced - if the guest relinquished housekeeping (change of bedsheets towels etc ) for a day you got a voucher to the vending machine in the lobby. The room standard excellent, clean, spacey, great amenities. Breakfast included a vast variety of delicious foods from various food cultures. The excellent standard of staff was further shown when I had forgotten my phone charger in the room upon checkout and when I came back one week later and told I had most likely forgotten it, it was easily found in the registry for lost and found - and in just 10 minutes it was delivered to me! And the location is excellent!!! I so much loved the service and conditions so much that I decided to come back for a night on my return (just one night plus half a day) journey to Kuala Lumpur. And will definitely come back next time again.

Everything absolutely tops, service (especially at the front desk!), location, breakfast, cleanliness etc including the ecofriendliness with filtered water from a tap in the room instead of plastic or glass bottles and encouraging us to ask for ‘no room service (read no change of sheets and towels etc each day) by giving a small reward - genius!

great location, near public transport and multiple malls in the middle of the city. the room is large, and comfortable, staff is friendly and the included breakfast for two is pretty good.

Exeeded my expectation. Thought it will be a mediocre hotel, which I dont mind since Im just travelling alone for a short trip. However, was amazed by the service standards, receptionist was polite and friendly, housekeeping staffs were mindful and approachable.
I am also very pleased with their go green movement. I received a 10rm voucher to use at their vending machine for opting out of housekeeping for a day. No plastic bottles as I can just refill my own bottle using their filtered tap.
Definitely worth the price and so convenient to walk to pavilion and shops around.

The room was great, large at a great price, with a nice view. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is perfectly located, right behind Pavilion, so there are a lot of dining and shopping activities at a short walking distance.

htl located quite near by bukit bintang, easy to access to shopping area. room is very nice and view as well. dissapointed bf a bit but coffee is good taste. I recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and I was generally happy with it. Hairdryer seemed weak and room and toilet was looking dated. Carpark is safe and requires validation from reception to leave so that’s great. Will stay again for sure.

Dorsett hotel is a few minutes walk from shopping malls and markets. Generally beds were comfortable and aminities( sachets of coffee, tea and milk) provided daily. Would rebook.

Hôtel correct mais pas la partie en résidence avec des appartements.. bonne literie. Petit déjeuner sans plus. A partir de 10h, ils ne realimentent plus vraiment.. pour un pays riche en fruits, ces derniers sont vraiment de très mauvais goût, sans saveur ...
