Staff went above and beyond . Checkin was at 4:00 pm my room was very delayed in being ready . The staff made sure we had dinner / dessert/ breakfast for first night and morning .

It was clean, quiet, and had a beautiful view of the river! Convenient for walking around downtown Jacksonville and also to the arenas nearby. Parking right next to the hotel and safe.

The staff was so helpful and nice when checking in since we got there early. The room was clean. Plenty of towels. Bedding was fresh. The window had some slight discoloration in the upper corner that looked like water damage but otherwise the hotel was beautiful and the Tavern was a great restaurant. Amazing food.
