Sehr nettes Personal. Alles prima- wie immer!

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Es hatte alles was man braucht. Kühlschrank hatte es nicht aber ist nicht so wichtig. Ich hatte hier in der Nähe meine Prüfungen und es war sehr Nahe am Messeplatz, ca 10minuten zu Fuss. Es war alles Tip top. Würde wieder dieses Hotel buchen wenn ich in dieser Gegend ein Zimmer benötige.

Clean, basic, comfortable, spacious room. Came with free drinks. Hotel gave us a Basel pass which gives you free Public transportation and 50% off museums. Close to a rail that gets you straight into downtown in 10 minutes

The location is unbeatable (it's right next to the bus terminal, train station, and the cable car to the Eiger and Jungfrau). The hotel has a lovely bar with a beautiful view of the mountains and the river. The breakfast is very complete. The views from the rooms are spectacular, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast was very good with all kinds of options. The room was clean and well taken care of. It is a business hotel very close to the convention center, so it’s not the most luxurious. It worked out great for our needs.

The Front Desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Our room was exceptionally clean and very functional. Sheets, mattress and pillows were crips and very comfortable. Loved the use of the parking garage and felt safe with our car parked there. Close shopping.

Ein gutes Hotel in Zentraler Lage. Gute Anbindung zu den ÖPV. Ich ausserhalb einer Messezeit. Alles sehr entspannt. Personal war stets zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder

Wij waren op doorreis. Het hotel ligt centraal, zowel richting de snelweg en het centrum (als je het centrum te ver vind bieden zij gratis een OV pas aan voor tijdens je verblijf). Het ontbijt was top en vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren is handig onder het hotel, fijne en ruime garage (gratis voor hotelgasten).
Alleen de airco’s in de kamers werken niet super, waardoor het ‘s nachts warm is in de kamer.
Al met al een fijn hotel om te overnachten in Basel voor een schappelijke prijs!

A very clean, modern, pleasant hotel, a 15 minute walk from the historic center of town with an outstanding staff. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating and cheerful. The price was very reasonable as well.

Very friendly staff, clean, and easy to find and park. Great to have a transport card, an easy tram into city centre. Would recommend this hotel.

Unsere erste Wahl für ein Wochenende in Basel. Top Preis/Leistung. Freundliches und sehr kompetentes Personal. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Very comfortable with pleasant efficient staff. There was a free 10SF voucher to use in the bar as well as a Basel card each which gave us free public transport and discounts to museums. Very happy with this hotel

Nice location, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Having the mini bar included was a very nice touch (although not refilled) and a coffee maker with pods in the room is great! I wasn't a big fan of the linnen used, and choosing to make a double bed with a small single duvet (for a single person staying in the room) felt a bit weird, but nothing that would make me choose another hotel.
