Excellent hotel in all aspects. Staff welcoming, friendly and efficient and went above and beyond. Great city centre location right next to Pavillion and close to Bukit Bintang and metro stations / monorail. Walking distance to KLCC. Fantastic range of food at breakfast. Pool area a relaxing idyl in the middle of the city. Will definitely book again.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The daily service was amazing and all the staff from front desk to house keeping are friendly and helpful. The location is great and close to everything. Our family has stayed in the same hotel every time we go to KL because of the positive experience we always have.

The room was big enough for the family trip! And great location! We could see the (Chinese) New Year's fireworks in front of our room.

We stayed at the apartment room. Its spacious. Good lay-out. Staffs friendly, courteous. & helpful.

The room was spotless clean with fresh crisp linen. Very close to Pavillion, just across the road.

Breakfast was excellent with many options from variety of cultures. Staff generally good and attentive. Room was clean - probably 90% clean (felt some bits were missed). Overall convenient and we had a great stay.

Amazing experience, Top quality service and staff. The hotel is centrally located within a walking distance to a shopping district inculding the Pavillion KL. Room was spacious and spotless with many amenities avalialbe. Room service can be called anytime.

This a beautiful hotel within walking distance to great shopping and food destinations. We were luckly to be upgraded so that made it an extra special first night of our holiday.

Prestige room was freshly updated and comfortable. Cleaning good, pool area etc. pleasant. Breakfast varied and plentiful - not of the highest quality but, in relation to overall cost, an excellent choice.
