Das mehr als reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche übrig.

Tolle Lage und wunderschöner Ausblick auf Basel. Nett und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer schön, Bad sauber.
Kissen nicht ideal und Matratze etwas hart. Kein Rituals Produkte im Bad wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Frühstück ausreichend und reichhaltig.

It was a great located hotel. As a solo traveler it was safe and easy to get to and from. The staff were also friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I was very impressed with the tram being right outside the hotel too. The room came with a fab view and would definitely be staying there if I visit Basel again!

Schönes Zimmer, gratis Minibar, freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist direkt neben der Messe Basel und gut an den ÖV angebunden. Ideal für einen Besuch der Baloise Session.

Took 20 minutes to get a Togo cup of coffee in morning!! Main bar should be open for breakfast drinks and coffee.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit - vor allen Dingen möchte ich Nadja/Nadia vom Frühstücksservice erwähnen: ich habe sie gefragt, ob sie mir die Hafermilch erwärmen könnte, um mir einen Latte Macchiato zu machen, da der Vollautomat „nur“ Kuhmilch verwendet.
Sie brachte mir die warme Hafermilch sowie einen Espresso (in einer extra vorgewärmten Tasse) an den Tisch - she made my day!!!
Der Barkeeper versteht sein Handwerk: auch Cocktails, die nicht auf der Karte stehen, kann er ohne Probleme mixen.
Alles in allem ein gelungener und sehr entspannter Aufenthalt.
Die Lage ist natürlich für Messebesucher genial: aus der Tür raus und in die Messe wieder rein - Laufweg circa 1 Minute.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer top und die Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus.
Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles frisch, super Qualität und reichhaltig.

Sehr nettes Personal. Unkompliziert und hilfsbereit wenn Hilfe benötigt wird. Wir haben immer ein Business Zimmer. Das Speisen und Getränkeangebot ist gut und ausreichend. Manchmal könnte öfter aufgefüllt werden.

The customer service is outstanding! The staff behind the counter and the guest services have been so helpful. The location is right in front of a tram stop, public transportation is free for guests. We will definitely stay here again!

I have stayed here a few times to attend conferences in Basel. Consistently good.

Great location and an easy tram ride from the station. We stayed before a Viking River Cruise. Viking has a desk on the lobby. The rooms were great. They were quiet, nicely appointed and comfortable. The staff could have not been more helpful.

It was overall of excellent standards however beds not exactly comfortable and pillows were extremely soft (in a bad way) and beds did not seem to be straight as we got the sensation that the head part was collapsing making you feel like you are sleeping upside down. Also, extremely gimmicky to use lifts due to different cards and designated lifts for different areas. Having said that, staff was incredibly polite and professional, they accommodated a very special request to fantastic standards and promptly, hotel was clean as you’d expect and overall a very high standard service (including catering)

I've stayed at Hyperion in both my visits to Basel, Switzerland and I'll definitely stay here in the future. It's in a well connected neighborhood in terms of public transportation, dining options both inside and outside the hotel. They store your luggage for any number of days and that's a huge benefit. All in all a fantastic experience.

This hotel was lovely. We were very comfortable, the location was perfect to get around Basel. We used the Sauna and it was lovely and they also restocked the mini bar when needed. I will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were always helpful and kind. The room was lovely and the breakfast was great! Next time we’re in Basel we’ll be booking here again!
