Room was clean. Great access to mall, restaurants, massages and cinema. I hurt my back and needed ice at 2am in morning. They brought the ice and came to check on me.

We’re so thankful that we chose to stay at the Sunway Putra Hotel on our trip to KL. The room was spacious and clean. It was incredibly convenient having the mall downstairs with lots of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! And the staff was always friendly and helpful, especially our room attendant Baset. Not only did he keep our room impeccably clean, but he brightened our days with his friendliness and smiles. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits KL!

Spacious and clean room with nice designs and the staff are very warm welcoming, the amenities are great as well! Would definitely come again and recommend others to come here too!

The shopping mall which adjoins the hotel has an excellent selection of food outlets, restaurants, retail shops & a supermarket with a very wide variety of products, fresh fruit & vegetables, etc.

Helpful staff, convenient location, close to public transport and shopping mall, clean rooms, well-maintained gym and swimming pool.
But the aircon is fixed at very cold all the time, even when its turned off.

We stayed in a suite, and the rooms were in an excellent condition and comfortable. The breakfast was high quality, we normally ate enough to last us until evening. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. There was a 4-floor mall below the hotel if you need anything for your trip. We were there for a conference at the Trade Center, which is easily accessible from the hotel. To go to the city center you need a Grab app to ride in cars (similar to Uber, costs about $5 to go to the city center, about $10-20 to go outside the city) or learn how to you the extensive public transportation - the metro station is right at the exit of the hotel. On the whole, a very nice experience.

It was a great place to stay, it was clean and the people were so friendly, positive, and helpful. I felt like I am at home, thanks to Sunway Putra family! Can’t wait to visit again!
The breakfast was also amazing, there were many choices. I would be happier if I could find vegan food in the restaurant also. Maybe next time :)

We loved our stay here. Complimentary parking, easy walk from here to center and easy access to metro.
Breakfast was a multitude of cuisines and we had fun every morning mixing and matching items.
Rooms were spacious and air conditioned.

Harika 3 gece geçirdik, odamız oldukça büyük, konforlu ve temizdi. Kahvaltı biraz pahalı ama değdi diyebiliriz. Personel güler yüzlü, yardım sever ve çözüm odaklı. Konum olarak da çok güzel. Emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ederiz.
