Really perfect. Perfect location wonderful staff incredibly friendly steps to pavilion. Great room great pool. This hotel is a dream. Walk to Petronas complex.

What stood out was the excellent bed and room condition. My familiy and i had a good sleep after a long day out. Its super comfortable and i would recommend it to others

早朝にホテル到着したのですが、すぐにチェックインの対応をしてくれて良かったです。ホテル周辺はモールやレストランもあり良いロケーションでした。ただ、ホテル近郊の車の交通事情は、渋滞が多く、特に午後から夕方にかけてはタクシーを途中で降りて歩いた方が早い。朝食は種類も多くて美味しかった。

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Views were great! Loved the gym! The pool was big and clean and a nice temperature too. Breakfast was just enough for me but I can’t eat much. I would stay here again.

Another Wonderful Stay at The Westin Kuala Lumpur.
Returned for another wonderful stay at Westin Kuala Lumpur Executive Suite again.
Special mention to the team at the Westin Club Lounge and Chef Ravi at Westin Club and at the Living Room Restaurant.
The gentleman who cleaned our room was very polite and did an exceptional job cleaning our Suite daily.
Will certainly continue to stay at Westin Kuala Lumpur.

I'm very picky when it comes to hotels and also highly sensitive to sound/noise. Despite being in a super busy area, the room I had was very fine sound wise. It was well insulated sound wise, you could just hear a bit the room next door from the bathroom/toilets, and people in the corridor.
But other than that, it's a great hotel, amazing location if you want to explore Bukit Butang, walking distance to most things around.
Najib, who helped me for my luggage is a really nice, friendly person.
Definitely recommend the hotel.

ショッピングモールのパビリオンの目の前で、立地は抜群でした！フロントの方もとても感じ良く、皆さんホテルのスタッフの方々は笑顔で対応して下さりました。clubルームラウンジの朝食はとても美味しかったです。子ども達も飽きることなく、毎日美味しくいただきました。また宿泊したいと思います。

Hotel was just opposite the Pavilion Shopping Mall and district. Walking distance to major shops and dining areas. Liked the hotel and excellent service by the doorman and concierge in looking after our bags and general enquiries. Would definitely come back.

Out of the box service. I will not elaborate as it was an embarrassing situation but they do their best and met it. Well done!

Everything is good except internet connection is inconsistent. Have to log in every time even though after a few minutes not in use. House keeping service is good. Special thanks to Rajib who has provided us with excellent housekeeping services. Breakfast buffet food varieties can be upgraded given it is a 5 stars hotel which is a bit disappointed. Overall the experience is good and great location.

4층에 수영장 뿐 아니라 탁구대 포켓볼도 있어서
애들이랑 정말 이용 잘 하고 가네요.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast and restaurant meals exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location for sightseeing & shopping. Just across the road to the walkway that goes to the Petronas tower complex. Got a great deal from Hotels.com on a suite, it was huge and had free access to the club where there was complimentary food & drinks. Be aware of the heat in Kuala Lumpur, even though it was in February it was very hot 24 hours a day !
