Great location, staff, breakfast, clean big room with good facility.
We had a power issue on 31Jan where it went off for about 3min and then came back on automatically. I reported to the front desk about half to 1 min into the blackout.
The important thing is how the staff managed after I reported which was excellent.
The problem was identified by technician within 5 to 10min and a new replacement room was found and we were transferred within 30min. Staff were curteous and helpful appologetic even though the fault was not foreseeable or preventable.
I received a letter of apology and some token presents (niblies and a bottle of sparkling water) which was very much appreciated.
Power fault was bad but the way the staff handled it was great. I would stay there again - no issues.

Staff were very courteous (all staff always greeting me) and offered to lend a help whenever they had the opportunity to do so

クアラルンプールセントラル駅に直結で空港からどんな天候でも快適。
フロントには日本語を話せるスタッフもいて安心。
Loungeも落ち着いていて居心地抜群。
夜のプールは空いてて雰囲気も良く最高でした。
2回目の滞在でしたが次も是非利用したいです。

Really convenient - short covered walk from Sentral Station (direct train from airport). Excellent staff and good food. Gym was great too as was pool deck.
Short walk to botanical gardens and easy taxi to CBD.

スタッフの方が親切でした。交通の便がよく、駅直結でおすすめです。ツインタワーの近くのホテルにも泊まりましたが、こちらのホテルに全日程泊まれば良かったです。ストレフリーで滞在できます。プールも良かったですよ。もし、またクアラルンプールに来る際にはまた、ここにしたいです。今回は食事はホテルではしませんでしたが、朝食も食べてみたいです。

Really like the Club lounge staff and facility. Also Latitude cafe is fantastic.

Todella siisti ja puhdas hotelli. Club Lounge oli hyvä valinta, illalla hyvää ruokaa ja juomaa tarjolla. Viidennen kerroksen buffet aamiainen oli todella monipuolinen.
Huone oli iso ja siisti.
