Great location near Old Town.Our room is very spacious and the bathroom is wheelchair accessible. I would have liked more ceiling lights, but we managed. We walked 2-3 miles all over Basel and felt at ease and safe the whole time. There are several dining options nearby. One caution, the food is expensive. The room is NOT air conditioned, but it's July and the windows are open, the fan on, and we are very comfortable. I'd recommend a stay here.

L’hôtel dispose d’un parking couvert, il est situé au calme dans un jardin à proximité du centre-ville ce qui permet de s’y rendre à pied. Le restaurant propose un très bon petit-déjeuner dans un bâtiment moderne, vitré et donnant sur le jardin. L’endroit est très agréable.

Ce n'ique pour une nuit, mais c'était vraiment bien. L'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu malgré l'âge du très joli immeuble. La salle de restaurant/ petit déjeuner était très propre et bien décorée. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Franchement, c'est très bien. Tout proche de l'entrée du centre historique. Le seul bémol était que j'avais du mal à trouver l'entrée de l'hôtel, il faisait nuit et l'affiche vers la cour est très discrète. Fortement recommandé

Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Vor allem das Servicepersonal war ausgesprochen freundlich und flink.
Genossen habe ich auch den wundervollen Garten und das feine Essen.

Die Gebühr für den Parkplatz ist für Hotelgäste zu hoch.

Perfect sized room for one; they given lend you an umbrella if it’s raining !

Staff was friendly; I was sick when I checked in and they assisted with a med-check & pharmacy. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Great location!!

This was an amazing place. They gave us a small attic room with 2 beds. My son greatly appreciated his own space. The room was immaculately clean. The hotel has a convenient seating area in the lobby with cell phone charging stations and free coffee, croissants and apples in the morning. We greatly appreciated the charging station as we did not have compatible Swiss plugs. We were a solid 20 mins walk from the old center but it was a lovely and easy walk. Great neighborhood and hotel grounds. We parked in their own underground parking garage. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Beautiful older building that has been wonderfully renovated without losing its charm.

Staff was helpful. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in an ideal location not far off from the city center. The room was cozy and had city views. Will definitely stay here again.

Location, just outside the old town, was very convenient for getting around. The staff was super helpful in telling us how to get places, even made a dinner reservation for us. The room was large and comfortable.

Achei o hotel excelente custo-benefício, limpo, novo, bom café da manhã, mas é bem espartano, nada charmoso e nenhum mimo extra. Não tem nem ar condicionado e nem frigobar no quarto, que é o que pode se esperar de um 3 estrelas. Mas voltaria a ficar lá sim se estiver sem família.

Hotel centrale, vicino al centro storico di Basilea. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera, grande e silenziosa, dotata di TV, cassaforte,bottigliette d'acqua gratuita ogni giorno, prodotti da bagno.Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata. Nella hall a disposizione degli ospiti,frutta fresca, dolci acqua e tè. Se vi trovate a Basilea ve lo consiglio, veramente un ottimo hotel.Ottimo il wifi.

Stanza molto ampia con terrazzino. Il tram n 3 vicino all’hotel permette di raggiungere musei e centro in poco tempo. Vicino c’è anche un supermercato Coop. Consigliato

They have a delicious breakfast with lots of variety. Large lobby to relax and upstairs is a room with complimentary coffee/ tea. Comfy chairs, a sofa, table to play cards and a computer desk. Rooms have a tv, comfy beds, free wifi. No a/c bit it was fine with the provided fan and window open. They provide umbrellas and gave us a complmentary bus/ tram card which takes you all over town! Can walk to tram stop. Would stay here again.

La camera era molto spaziosa, comoda le due stanze erano comunicanti, con terrazzino. Albergo centrale con vicino fermata del tram 3 che ti porta al centro in poco tempo. Personale molto gentile e cortese. Lo consiglio vivamente

バーゼル市内中心部に移動しやすく，立地はとても良いです。部屋はシンプルな作りですが，清潔に保たれています。朝食には野菜と果物があります。ホテルのスタッフは親切です。
Good location of the hotel. I could walk to the city center of Basel. This hotel is near to the tram station and has good transportation. This hotel is quiet and surrounded by nature. I was able to eat breakfast while listening to the birdsong. Breakfast also includes fresh vegetables and fruits. Hotel staff was also helpful.

Nice hotel with good sized room. Staff was friendly and very helpful offering recommendations for restaurants and things to see. Travel pass grounded and teams were included with half price museum entry fees.

Ottimo albergo in ottima posizione. Struttura ben tenuta e camere spaziose con arredamento essenziale; unica pecca il frigorifero che non c’ è di cui si sente la mancanza specie nella calda stagione. Colazione con offerta varia e di qualità.

Property location was perfect. Steps away from the tram which took either 3 or 4 stops from Old Town, Basel. Clean and bright!

Super Zimmer unterm Dach mit komfortablen Bett. Großes Zimmer mit schön renoviertem Bad und hübschen Möbeln. Tolles Frühstück. Entspannend und sehr ruhig in großem Park gelegen. Gerne bald wieder.

Very close to the Old Town in Basel. Walking distance with many restaurants, great shopping. Had a car rental and it was easy to get around and find parking to visit the other cities not far from Basel.
