Room was spotless. Jacuzzi was super clean and huge.
Entire room was clean, staff was very friendly. Everything was easily accessible and plenty of restaurants and stores to visit within 20 minutes. We'll definitely be back

Our room was very clean, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable We had the best nights sleep the room was quiet. The pool and hot tub was awesome and the complimentary breakfast was delicious it was nice having 2 different types of eggs and breakfast meats. We will definitely be back.

The room was spotless! The service was great and for the most part curtious. The woman at the desk, when I checked out, was upbeat and kind. I wish I would've gotten her name. The woman in the cafe was busy every moment. She was helpful and kept everything clean and organized. The only issue was with the breakfast. I've been to many hotels that offer a free breakfast. This one was by far the worst. I realize that they need to serve precooked and reheated food, but it needs to be food of a better quality. I imagine this is massed-produced. Maybe like prison food but with a step down.
The bagels were the only items that were good. Do better.

The front desk clerk Nicole was very welcoming and professional. Lobby nicely decorated for Christmas. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Lady at the front desk that was there around 7pm on Friday 11/7 when we checked in was most helpful. She could not find my reservation that I booked through Expedia because even though my confirmation and everything had the correct dates, Expedia sent them a Thurs-Sat stay when it was Fri-Sun. She made sure I did not get charged as a no-show since I showed her on my phone that I booked it correctly. She upgraded our room at no extra cost and was so very sweet. Breakfast was great both Saturday and Sunday. We don’t eat pork so I asked if they had any other non-pork options and they didn’t hesitate to throw on some turkey sausage for us. Just a wonderful experience

This beautiful property was a perfect setting to stay while in town for my son’s wedding. It is close to all the great things the Shenango Valley has to offer. It is clean and well appointed.

We just did a road trip of several weeks and this was the best stay we had enroute. The hotel is perhaps a bit dated, but it is well maintained and service shows a thoughtfulness that is unusual.

One of the nicest properties I stayed at. I love the more extended breakfast hours until 10 and extended checkout time of noon. Will definitely stay their again when I am in the area.

We had the king suite with a jacuzzi in the room. Everything was clean and it was an amazing stay. The only thing I would change is the room tvs. They do not have smart tvs, so I couldn't sign in to netflix, etc.

Beautiful landscaping, including a waterfall into a pond with koi fish! Beautiful clean pool area, room was clean and many breakfast options.

We were so impressed with this hotel! We were only staying one night as a stop on our way to Michigan and the staff was amazing. They made sure we knew what dining options there were in area, had snacks in lobby and were just so friendly. I’m so glad we chose this hotel.

This was the NICEST holiday inn I’ve ever stayed in. It was clean and well maintained. The pool was large and clean and their patio was beautiful. They had a 3 hole put-put in the back of the property that was a nice touch. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast selection was excellent.

This Holiday Inn thought of everything that was needed in the room to make every moment a comfortable stay. Whether it was the roomy bathroom; the 'on the wall' mirror; the full-length mirror; the 'real' iron and ironing board; the cared for rug on the floor; the wonderful mattress; and the overall design of the room; everything was 'just right'. Every person on the staff was professional, friendly and accommodated every need that I had.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very attentive and professional. We used the pool area and gym and they were both very nice. The hotel even had a nice garden and miniature golf. They had free popcorn, ice cream and cookies in the evening which was a hit with the kids and very thoughtful of them. Breakfast was excellent.

Nicole checked us in and she was amazing! Best service we have had in our 3 weeks here so far. In fact, all the staff were so super friendly and helpful that we were actually shocked. Definitely lived up to the excellent reviews online. Only stayed overnight so didn’t manage to explore the gardens or use the amenities but it all looked great! Ka pai from NZ guests.

Overall stay was great. The location is right off the highway so it was easy to get to and close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was top notch and 5 stars! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The only issue we had was with our key card not working. They addressed that issue and fixed the door card reader within the hour. I would stay here again without hesitation. There is a nice golf course next to it as well.

The staff was great, room clean, pool area clean, patio beautiful and breakfast great. Best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel. Nothing bad about this hotel. I would highly recommend it.
