The Novotel KL was well situated accross the road from the Pavillion Mall and a 9 minute walk to Bintang Buket or the Twin Towers . Good value for money.

정말 좋았어요.
애초에 호텔의 문제가 아니지만, 말레이시아 자체가 엄청 더워서 밖에 나갈 때 힘든 것 빼고는 여행 자체가 엄청 좋았거든요.
조식도 좋았고, 냉방도 잘 되었고요.
무엇 하나 아쉬운 게 없었다고 할 수 있지만, 한 가지 희망사항이 있다면, 조명이 조금 더 밝았으면 좋겠어요.

清掃スタッフがいつも部屋を綺麗にしてくれました。
フロントも色々サポートしてくれました。

Good location, good room, however, the breakfast dishes weren't replenished quickly. The problem was the Chinese tourists… a family occupied three rooms and seemed to think the hallway was a playroom for their many children, and at night the constant coming and going and the slamming of bedroom doors kept us awake.
