Huge room and very friendly staff. Also enjoyed the pool area to cool off, all very clean and a nice place to be.

Super hôtel non loin des tours Petronas à pied ! La chambre était génial et l'équipe de l'établissement très accueillant! La piscine et la qualité de la salle de sport ont été un gros plus dans mon séjour

Very nice staff, quick check-in process. Large spacious suite, good gym and pool area.
The food and service in the restaurant was very good.

Room was spacious with a really comfy bed, and all very clean too. The kitchen area appeared very well equipped although we didn’t cook a meal there.
Nice pool area with towels provided, and a good bar/restaurant.
We did have a problem with no hot water, but the staff were really good & sorted it out quickly plus they sent us 2 small buns as an apology which was lovely.

The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. It was great to have the kitchenette. The pool area was also very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

The hotel location was in a quite street but not far from KLCC. The was spacious & clean. The buffet break was very delicious. The restaurant staff was nice & friendly. Mr Lai is the head chef was friendly to talk to. There is an out pool & a gym i believe i didn't get the chance to use it. Over we were very happy with the hotel staff. We are highly recommended this hotel to anyone who visit KL and want sonewhere peacful to stay & enjoy delicious buffet breakfast & friendly staff.

Good smaller boutique hotel away from the big international hotels and in the quieter embassy district. Still an easy walk to Petronas towers and major shopping centres. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area.

Siistit huoneet, paitsi jouduin vaihtamaan huonetta, koska ensimmäinen huone haisi tupakalle, sain paremman huoneen allasnäköalalla tilalle. Henkilökunta erittäin avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Yleiset tilat siistit. Ruokaravintoloissa palvelu kiitettävää.

Is a old hotel but yet a good maintenance of clean environment and bigger space.
Quiet and peaceful.
Staff are good.
Nearby no much thing to do and need to go to the city than go things to do.

Great stay at a fantastic price. Staff were the best thing from the front desk to door staff, all were great. My luggage was delayed, as soon as it arrived they contacted me rather than wait for me to find out, small things make a difference!

Always enjoy the Micasa. Breakfast not great on a busy weekend but we do keep returning!

Nice room, clean and specious with kitchen. 5 minute walk to U.S. Embassy. Some restaurants near by in mall (7 minute walk), but will need to take grab car for majority of restaurants.

Was a twp night stay. The motel was very clean, the staff friendly and very attentive. The bed was very good and the linens were exceptional. The robes and slippers were a nice touch

We stayed at MiCasa for 7 nights. The rooms are spacious and had everything we needed. Given that KL is not a pedestrian-friendly city, the walk to the towers was ok. The room was not brand new and there was a little bit of mold in the bathroom, but the condition was fine to my standards. I recommended this hotel for a good value stay in KL.

wow wow wow..the room, design and location was fantastic. the bed was so comfortable that I could sleep for days. That room- so elegant and spacious ..I just knew that I would not find such a place again ..for the price, comfort and zen experience.

Great super spacious room, I really love the calm and big pool area also. Got nothing on the minus except the location for me, it's a little bit far off from most things if you want to walk, easy enough to get a grab to go somewhere else though. Thank you for a great stay! Shout out to the cleaning staff, they did a great job too.

What a comfy hotel ever!! My husband said, lets come to this hotel again for the next trip to malaysia. Its close to everywhere but not in the heart of crowded place. You still can relax. And the rate so affordable for the best facility ever. Room so wide, pantry so ok for long term stay. I ask the staff to gimme more water when they makeup the room, and when i back the room, im shocked, more than 12 pcs water there. And I asked for extra towel, they gave 4 towel. 😂 What a humble staff. Thanks for your service

Very clean and well maintained property, In a safe and very good neighborhood. Its about 10-15 mins drive from the city center where you will find Petronas, KL Suriya mall and all other major attractions. Their breakfast is very good. and The inhouse restaurant is pretty good too. I highly recommend this place if you are travelling with family.

Excellent value. Good location, walking distance to the American Embassy. The room was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The hotel was in full compliance with Covid-19 regulations.

i love this hotel. the room is so big and comfy. food in shiso was delicious too. and free parking is a plus point. can walk around the premises in the morning and afternoon in Uthant area.
