사실 룸컨디션은 전체적으로 옛날 호텔 느낌이
강해서 보통이었지만 트윈타워와 공원 뷰가 예뻐서 마음에 들었고, 숙박한 날이 말레이시아의 독립기념일 전날이라 자정에 시작하는 불꽃놀이를 가까이서 즐길 수 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 트윈타워 뷰 룸으로 추천합니다 :) ![]()

트윈타워 뷰룸인 줄 알고 (사진에 있길래) 예약했는데 아니었음. 체크인할때 이에 대한 설명도 없음.
전면에 다른 건물이 너무 가까워서 커튼을 계속 치고 있어야 했던 점이 불편했음

Séjour agréable car l’hôtel est bien assonorisé. Les concierges sont très accueillants et serviables. Ça apporte une bonne touche au séjour. Un grand merci à eux !

Notre séjour a été au delà de nos attentes. Le personnel attentif et adorable, l’accueil, la propreté, la localisation : tout était parfait ! A notre arrivée on nous a proposé un upgrade à un prix intéressant pour le nouvel an chinois et ce fut un enchantement avec accès au lounge club, étage élevé et vue sur les Petronas époustouflante ! Les petits déjeuners et le restaurant sont excellents ! Je recherche vivement et j’y retournerais avec plaisir.

Really nice clean room. Great location really close to the shopping centre. Only negative is that they don't let you book breakfast when booking through Expedia and a little misleading when you check in. Otherwise great hotel and facilities.

A receptionist at the front desk was so kind. He generously offered me free upgrade. A view from my room was amazing with twin tower just in front of , nothing in the way!!!
He also allowed me not paying deposit since i only had a debit card.
I’m so grateful all for that.

The room was clean. Raffy from housekeeping did an excellent job. The view of the towers and buggy ride make this a great place to holiday. This place is close to the mall. Excellent location.

Great hotel in great location. Room was clean, of a good size and had everything we needed. Breakfast selection was good and the restaurants were good value for money, particularly the Sky Bar happy hour. Location was spot on, right on the KLCC park and two minutes walk to twin towers.

Ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Gleich vor der Tür befindet sich der KLCC Park. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich war auf dem 17. stock und die 6 Aufzüge waren hochgeschwindigkeitssufzüge sodass ich in wenigen sekunden vom EG auf meinem Stock ankam. Das Fitnessstudio könnte für meinen Geschmack mit mehr Kraftübungen ausgestattet sein.( Mehrheitlich waren es Laufbänder) aber dennoch ausreichend für den Urlaub. Das Hotel hat 2 Restaurants sowie ein überdachten Pool auf der obersten Stock. Zudem gibt es SPA Möglichkeiten. Alles im gesamten hat es mit sehr gut gefallen.

Awesome service, clean room,clean shower, daily cleanup, spa is great with great service. Absolutely worth the money. Views from the room is spectacular and club dining and gobo chit chat was excellent.

31階ツインタワービューのお部屋でした。ニューイヤー花火を真正面のお部屋から見ることができて、とても感動しました。本当に目の前です。ぜひまた宿泊したいと思いました。

My email enquiries were always promptly replied prior to my arrival. The check-in service at the club lounge was courteous, but I had to wait about 1.5 hours for the housekeeper to clear the booked club room. The room was very clean, and had a clear and direct view of Petronas Twin Towers and the KLCC Park. I like the buggy ride provided between the hotel and Suria KLCC, it saved me a lot of time. Checking out was very smooth, and the doorman kept a lookout for my e-hailing car. The stay made my New Year very special.
