Superb stay for family of 4 ppl at the spacious executive 2 bedrooms. We stayed for 10 days traveling around KL. It’s very close to KLCC mall and plenty choices of restaurants nearby. The staffs there are very helpful and friendly. Enough carpark space provided with only RM10 per day. Definitely will come back again.

I booked a 10 day stay at this hotel. I was put to a smoking room that filled with strong smoking smell. The front desk manager told me that they had no other room available and promised to give a room upgrade next day, which she did. We enjoyed it. However, as an expedia VIP, I was told there was no other VIP benefits associated with my booking -- although Expedia.com stated I was entitled with some.
The hotel room is spacious with the convenience of having all kitchen settings. The location is close to KLCC mall (only 5 mins walking). But the traffic is too busy in most of the day. It makes hard to get Grab as it is always some kinds of traffic jam around.
Another inconvenience is the breakfast place is a building block away. It is quite inconvenience if there is a rain. Other than that, I like the hotel amenities, such as the self-laundry service. I will stay again!

Excellent hotel and pretty well located, 2 minutes walk to the Petronas Towers, 5 minutes to the Aquarium, to the Sky Bar, close to Pavillion Shopping Mall, restos, pubs, etc. Nice hotel, highly recommended.

We got a free upgrade which we are very grateful for. We have stayed here for all the times that we are in KL, and this is our 5th stay here. Will always come back here.

Loved the location. It’s literally just across the road from KLCC. It was great for shopping , dining and hailing a Taxi. The room was spacious and the pool upstairs had a great view. We loved it and would love to return again.

Our stay was good; rooms were well maintained and the kitchen had most of the necessary amenities.
Unfortunately, there was a bad stench that was coming from the common toilet/bathroom.

Great time in Ascott. Perfect for a family with young kids. Excellent location and a 3 mins walk to KLCC. Thank you so much to Widya for making our stay amazing - we had a slight issue and Widya resolved the problem immediately.

The room was comfortable, the gym was excellent, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The location was ideal for access to the Convention Center, Petronas Twin Towers and other center city attractions. The breakfast at the adjacent Bodega was somewhat limited, but the staff were accommodating.

We really love the apartment as it’s fully equipped. There’s an oven, a toaster, big fridge, they even have a separate tap just for drinking water. Toilet is huge and very clean. The room is very spacious for our 2 toddlers to roam around. The receptionist. Puteri, is very friendly. Will definitely stay here again for future KL trip.

객실이 생각보다 커서 가족단위로 여행시 좋음. 드라이기가 고장나 있었는데 점검을 할필요가 있고, 화장실 불도 깜빡여서 프론트에 전화걸어 교체 요청 했어요. 또 에어컨 안되서 수리 요청했습니다. 전반적으로 빈실일때 점검이 필요해 보입니다.

숙소가 깔끔하고 위치 좋고 음식 해 먹을 수 있는 곳. 가족이 묵기에 좋은것 같아요. 수영장은 작지만 사람이 적어서 애들하고 잘 놀았어요

This is one of my favorite hotels in KL. The location is great (right across KLCC) and price is reasonable. Though it is a bit old building, the ambience and facility is still okay

업그레이드해주어 2룸에서 넓게지낼수있어 체크인시점부터 즐거운마음이었으며, 가족이함께일때 숙박하기좋게 간이주방시설이좋았구요. 6개월아이와함께하니 아기침대를 가져다주어 아이까지편안하게 지내다왔어요. 특히 klcc와의 거리가 5분정도거리여서 걸어서다닐수있는 위치가 정말 마음에들었고, 걷기에 멀게느껴질수도있지만 파빌리온까지도 연결이되어 비가오는데도 거의맞지않고 여행다닐수있어 좋았어요. 다만 아쉬운점이있다면 조식뷔페가 조금부실해서 보완이되면 더좋겠지만 다른점의 만족도가 너무좋아 다음에갈때에도 아이클때까지는 꼭 머물고싶은곳이에요.
