We spent 10 days at this beautiful resort ! The rooms are clean and cozy, the food was delicious and so much to do outside of the resort also.
The beach has wonderful waves and lots of beach chairs. The water slides are so fun. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.
10/10 recommend for the whole family !

5 Sterne – Absolut empfehlenswert!
Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel rundum genossen! Schon beim Check-in wurde ich herzlich empfangen, das Personal war während des gesamten Aufenthalts freundlich, professionell und immer hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und bot einen tollen Blick auf die Umgebung.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich – für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir auch der Wellnessbereich, der zum Entspannen einlädt und bestens ausgestattet ist.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: zentral, aber ruhig, mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Ob für einen Städtetrip oder eine Geschäftsreise – ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

10-13 Nisan 2024 tarihlerinde Otelden her şey dahil kapsamında hizmet aldık.Hotels.com üzerinden yandan deniz gören oda ödemesi yaptık ancak otele geldiğimizde kara tarafı rezerve edilmiş dedi, ancak yine de yandan deniz manzaralı oda verdiler.
Otel denize sıfır.Ve diğer otellere göre denize çok daha yakındı.Havuzu oldukça uzundu,güzeldi,temizdi;her akşam temizlediklerini görüyorduk.AquaPark oldukça eğlenceli ve büyüktü.Olanakları temizliği düzeni konforu ve yemekleri yeterliydi.
Yemek salonundaki Sevda ve Gazi isimli servis elemanlarına teşekkürler çok çalışkan ve güleryüzlüydüler.Resepsiyon giriş ve çıkış işlemleri çok hızlıydı.Otel yönetimi küçük hesap peşinde değildi.Her şey bol bol ikram edildi.Animasyon ekibine teşekkürler gösteriler ve akşamki müzik grupları başarılıydı.Ferit isimli bandalı arkadaş çok sevecendi(Dart organizatörü).Kapalı havuz, sauna ,hamam olanakları yeterliydi.Yemekler genel olarak başarılıydı.Soğuk mezeler çok başarılıydı.Tek olumsuzluk otel geneli sabahları biraz sessizdi.Biraz arka fonda müzik olabilirdi.Kullanılan peçeteler, booklet ürünler boldu ve kaliteliydi.Genel olarak beğendik.

Everything was good. A lots of things to do, good food, activities for all ages. Only the rooms were not for a 5 star hotel. They are big enough but needs to be renovated. Hotel stuff is excellent.

Es handelte sich um einen sehr schönen, entspannten Urlaub, den ich gerne so wieder erleben würde. Ich bin vollumfänglich zufrieden gewesen. Das Essen war toll und es gab eine riesen Auswahl. Besonders gut hat mir der Service gefallen. Die Kellner waren ruhig, freundlich und sofort zur Stelle. Das Gelände sieht mindestens so gut aus wie auf den Fotos. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch sonst habe ich nichts zu beklagen. Super! Gerne wieder!

Je nach Personal sehr unterschiedliche Erfahrungen, egal ob Service, Zimmerreinigung oder Rezeption. Mal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, dann wieder abweisend und desinteressiert. Zimmer mal blitzblank sauber, dann wieder sehr schlecht gereinigt.
Hotelanlage und Pools sind generell OK für den Preis, kinderfreundlich, gute Abendshows, Strand nett, aber stark abfallend.
Essen war eher mäh, vor allem für Kinder. Nachspeisen die schwächsten von den bisherigen Türkeibesuchen.

Personel gayet nazik ve ilgiliydi. Müşteri servisi çok yardım severdi. Ekibin tamamına teşekkür ederim. Yatak ile ilgili sorun derhal çözüldü. Tek eksik bina biraz eski. Tadilat gerekiyor. Onun dışında bence gayet güzel bir fiyat performans oteli.

When we arrived we had a warm and friendly welcoming. The hotel had many pools bars food and a 24hr bar at the main The mini bar in the room was also all-inclusive.

Great location! Good service.. we were a large group of 18 people. Best part was the Turkish bath the resort which was much much better then the one we had outside..Need to improve service in the area were we came to the hotel early morning 5am and had to pay full occupancy charge for previous day. We had a very late night flight and requested late checkout but the resort wanted to charge an additional fee. The guest manager was not accommodative and did not come to explain, we ended only talking to the guest services staff. Overall good experience.

The hotel has a very good service, friendly staff and multi language speakers. The building is old and needs renovation.

Неплохой отель. Много иностранцев из разных стран, даже из Канады. Еду можно найти в любое время дня и ночи. Много точек с напитками, в том числе и с алкоголем.
Самому отелю требуется ремонт. Номерные фонды немного убитые. Неплохая территория отеля. Много бассейнов. Прекрасный пляж с пирсом.
Хорошая анимация, в том числе и для детей.
Отличный персонал. Вежливый и услужливый.

A dire la verità per essere un un Ressort di cinque stelle le pulizie non pulivano per niente cambiavano solo i asciugamani? Noi eravamo 4 Persone una volta lasciavano due asciugamani una volta tre non pulivano mai il si bloccano i bagni non tiravano l’acqua per farlo corta il Ressort era bello fuori le piscine molto belle l’ambiente fuori era un spettacolo, invece dentro per me è un Ressort di 3 stelle son rimasto un po’ deluso

There is a big problen in the rooms. The air conditioner doesn't work well.i think it is too little..so.the room is always hot.the food was good,but at nights you will have a nightmare.even in the hallway was very hot.so,if you like to sleep well go to another hotel.

Really the stay was good but the personnel in the morning are not welcoming those one who do the check in it’s like they have angry face not patient and also the food were terrible really the room are not cleaned properly and they even didn’t change our bed sheet for four days the night personnel instead are very good friendly and happy I really liked them and hope they were at the morning

The trip was good but the hotel reception is not really welcoming specially those one at the day they always have the angry face not smile always in bad mood I really was disappointed by them but the one at night they were really good welcoming with the smile and everything

The resort facilities were very good but the rooms were very small and not as clean as a resort must be, I paid for an extra bed for my 6y daughter but barely we could manage the space in the family two bed room suit to accommodate it, the reception were not very friendly, they argued too much about my son and daughter's age, despite I mentioned on the web site there ages (12y and 15y) they were saying that way it mentioned they are children and not adults, which is an automatic measure from (Hotels.com) as they are under 18y. on the website the suit is to accommodate 4 persons + 1 child for free.
But finally, they understood and stopped arguing about my 12y son & 15y daughter after making too much headache for me and my family.

Ce que j ai le plus beau apprécié c’est l accès à la plage , la piscine , l extérieur , la gentillesse de certaines serveuses et serveur .
Ce que j ai le moins apprécié c’est la dame de l accueil qui s appel Roza ( hautaine et incompétente) , la dame de l accueil du spa ( très hautaine et méprisante ) la chambre , la salle de fitness et la nourriture qui n’est vraiment pas digne d un hôtel comme le votre .
Sinon c’est pas mal dans l ´ensemble vous pouvez bien amélioré votre hôtel.

First of all, it was overpriced while our experience of being there. The waterpark was only opened from 10 to 12 then from 2 to 4 which they don’t actually even finish the two hours they turn off the slides before the time is over. We do not pay all that money to be limited. We thought it was unlimited.
Then we found out that there is no AC you have to sleep with her door open and after 6 AM the sun hits and you cannot sleep. It’s too hot even during the night some days are warm so we do not pay if we’re not having AC not as much activities as they had said on their website ,we had to wait over 30 minutes for some people to come and allow us to play in the game room, which was also an extra charge. The buffet was good however stay away from mushrooms. I got food poisoning. it was supposed to be a resort full of fun. Our kids were actually bored.

Je suis assez déçus de mon séjour cette hôtel ne mérite pas un 5 étoile c’est un vieux bâtiment mal entretenu. Au restaurant on ne peut pas manger à l’extérieur, ça sent les égout!! qualité prix très chère!

Meine Reservierung war für das Hotel Crystal Centro, aber als ich ankam wurde mir gesagt dass meine Reservation für das Partnerhotel Crystal Paraiso im System zu sehen ist (was gelogen ist), und 30km entfernt ist. Da kein freies Zimmer gab wurde ich dort hin geschickt. Laut Personal an der Rezeption(junger Mann mit Ohrring) sei es dort auch besser für jüngere Personen, da Crystal Centro ein Familienhotel sei... Ich solle auch noch auf eigene Kosten die 30km fahren. Nach Diskussionen wurde ich dort hin transferiert. Angekommen bekam ich irgendein Zimmer und nicht eins wofür ich extra bezahlt habe (seitlicher Meerblick). Ein überfülltes Kinderhotel a la Massentourismus. Schlimmste Hotelerfahrung die ich jemals hatte. Eine Hotelkette was ich in Zukunft für immer vermeiden werde, sowie bekannten nicht empfehlen werde.
