Great location, very comfy room, lovely shower, bed, space, kitchenette. Considering how expensive out and about in Basel is, the studio was a heaven of luxury to rest and enjoy. A deciding factor in choosing the hotel was the inclusive Basel card. Worth it. The staff are friendly and the lobby is inviting to seat and read for a bit. As a solo traveller everything felt welcoming

Kitchen is excellent - so nice to have a kettle for tea and a big refrigerator that actually works well!! Much appreciated.
Could you please consider having one more chair in the room and take away the rickety little café-chair? There is a good desk and good table, but nowhere to sit and work for longer than a few minutes and nowhere to sit and relax for a while. You used to have soft chairs and and a chair for working on my laptop. Please bring those back.

The hotel was well located, easy to walk to the main attractions, but also easy to access with a car. The free parking was appreciated. They lent us an adapter, which is a good little bonus. The room was clean, the kitchen useful with even a dish washer. The mattress was too hard for our liking.

Simple and functional - exactly what we needed. When you travel to see new places, you need to stay and to keep your things somewhere, preferrably within minutes to walk to grocery (a very good large supermarket in this case) and transportation, to landmarks and places like Old Town - and we got all of it in the package. Responsive and attentive staff, although we didn't need much from them - yet they were there when we did. Perfect place to stay when you plan mostly to be outside vs "to live" in the hotel, as your goal is to get impressions from the wonderful place you are visiting. Highly recommended. Oh, and did I mention free ticket to all trams and buses for your entire stay? Not sure it was a hotel policy vs city, but do I care :-)?

The staff were lovely and our rooms were nice and comfortable. Location was convenient for salami g and transportation. Trams were compliments of the hotel, when we arrived they gave us a pass good for free transport. I would recommend this hotel.

This is a great place for an overnight or two! Everything you need in your room plus very cool public spaces. Close to transportation, coffee shops & restaurants, grocery stores. Plus Basel is a great city to visit!

Great flexibility for eating in or eating out, good location on quieter street but easy to walk to everything, transport links, grocery stores close by to stock up the fridge, nice walls by the river. Linen and towels clean and fresh. Kitchen reasonably stocked. Found kettle in cupboard which is essential for us brits. Only downside is we couldn't adjust the air con below 22 degrees which was a little too warm at night but not the end of the world. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Basel.

Nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms close to old town and very comvinient public transport. Great breakfast with amazing choices and lots of options. Very friendly staff at the reception.

Great location for business or pleasure. Walking distance to downtown, cafes and shopping. Also walking distance to pharma companies, if you are in this business. Rooms are basic, but clean and you have a small kitchenette. I stayed in this hotel twice now, I highly recommend.

Excellent hotel, within walking distance to center and the Rhine. Tram stop 2 mins walk from hotel if you don't want to stretch your legs. Rooms good with a kitchen and appliances. I only used kettle and fridge. Staff very nice. Would recommend.

Nice quiet room with a large bed. Blackout blinds and a good sized bathroom. Kitchenette is also a nice touch.

The location was great and the apartahotel was very comfortable. It is a 3.8 to 4 starts.
They mentioned they do cleaning of each apartment once a week. It would be nice to have the option to have more recent cleanings upon request and at an extra cost.

I absolutely loved this property. It is in a great location and close to food, buses, and the river. The room itself was clean and it was so convenient to have a small kitchen to prepare food. I would highly recommend!

Sehr großzügige Schrankflächen und beeindruckende Küche. Nächstes Mal würde ich Kaffeekapseln mitbringen und Pantoffeln (die mir später angeboten wurden). Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Das hat mir besonders gut gefallen.
