Another excellent stay at our favoured hotel at Basel. The staff were spot on as usual and the facilities were exactly what we required.

Not much to say, great hotel to stay. Rooms were clean and convenient. Tram stop is literally in front of the building. Just dont forget to bring Swiss plug adapters.

Great location as only a few minutes from the train station. The room was comfortable and the best thing...really warm! Breakfast was basic but it was good value and there was plenty of it. I would recommend Ibis if staying in Basel.

We were allowed to store our luggages in a locked room before check in. We didn’t have the correct adapter for charging phones and the receptionist lend us an adapter. In the end we purchased it from the hotel. She was very helpful and cheerful all the time. The hotel is nearby to train station. Breakfast was excellent.

Very efficient check-in with Basel Card issued. Basic, clean room with all needed amenities for a short stay. Very well located near the main train station and the tram is just outside. Breakfast had a very good selection of both hot and cold choices. A good choice, thank you.

Great location 5 mins walk from Basel Bahnhof SBB. Clean, comfortable and could leave luggage on departure day. Good places to eat nearby.

Check in was straightforward. We were there earlier than we thought we'd be, and exhausted after our flight. I asked if we could check in early. The answer was yes, for Sfr. 30. I said yes because we were so tired. I feel that was a lot, as the room was not that cheap. But in the long run, what price can you put on a nap? The two ladies at the desk in the evening were super friendly and helpful. The room was compact but very clean.

We checked in at the front desk and took an elevator to our room. We enjoyed seeing Basal the next day using free public transportation. It is a very nice town. We chose not to have breakfast, but I didn’t see where you could grab a cup of coffee. There was no coffee or tea in our room.

We picked this hotel based on location and the many mentions of the helpful staff. The staff is amazing and Danielle at the front desk helped us arrange our lodging in Lucerne, provided detailed info about the train options to Colmar, Lucerne, and then Paris.
The location proved as a great “home base” for our day trips. The 16 tram is right outside the front door, the “local” side of the train station is walking distance. For our trip to Paris we took a different tram to the front side of the train station where trains to Paris left from. You could walk through the back/local side but we had large luggage.
The rooms were clean and bright, left luggage was easy to arrange, there are lots of dining options nearby, the TV had English options, there is a hairdryer supplied, and the beds were comfortable.
The hotel is fine but it is the knowledgeable, kind staff that makes this hotel shine!
We look forward to returning!

バーゼル中央駅の裏手にあり、空港バス(50番)を降りてからだと徒歩5、6分の立地。
午前中の到着となったため荷物を預かってもらったが、フロントの対応は常にとても親切だった。
近くにはスーパー(coop)があり、駅前にはマクドナルドやスターバックスもあるため、夜遅くに戻っても食事には困らなかった。
今回はテニス観戦のため宿泊したが、トラムの駅が近くにあるのもとても便利だった。
部屋自体は決して広くはないものの、1人で泊まるには十分な大きさであり、ヨーロッパ基準で言えばシャワーの水圧も良い方だと感じた。
部屋にティッシュがない点や、ベッド近くにコンセントがない点は少し残念だが、スタッフの対応等含め総じて見ればとても良いホテルだと思います。

It’s so close to the central station, there’s a lot of dining options in the area, and there’s also a tram that pass by. Very accessible to a lot of places.

열차 지연으로 자정 넘어 check in하였는데 친절하게 응대해 주셨습니다 역에서 매우 가깝고 가격대비 넓고 특히 화장실이 최신에 리뉴얼 된 것 같아 좋습니다

바젤역에서 가깝고 트램 정거장이 바로앞이라 편하다
체크인할때 바젤 교통권을 주기때문에 트램정거장이 바로 앞이라는 것은 큰 장점인듯
숙소자체가 습한건지 시트가 약간 축축한 편이었다
냉장고는 없고 방 사이즈는 작지만 캐리어 하나 펼쳐둘 공간은 있음
트램타고 2정거장이었나? 쿱 마트 큰매장으로 있음
아침 조식은 종류는 별로없지만 맛은있음

역과 가까워 편리하였고, 호텔도 깔끔하고 만족스러웠습니다.
다음에 바젤을 찾게 되면 또 이용할 생각입니다.

정말로 굉장히 만족해요 솔직히 기대 안했는데 요번 여행하면서 다녔던 호텔중에 제일 깨끗하고 서비스도 좋고 정말 만족이에요 다음에 또 바젤을 간가면 이용할거에요~~!!

위치도 역에서 굉장히 가깝고 큰 문제가 없었어요.
치안도 좋았구요 굉장히 친절한 느낌 받았습니다.
가격 대비 만족했어요!! 신혼 부부가 여행하기에는 다소 시설이 좋은 것은 아니었는데 가격을 생각하신다면 최고가 아닐까합니다!!

프론트에 이야기하면 전자레인지 이용이 가능함. 기차역과 가깝고 역에 있는 편의점(자정까지 영업)을 사용 할 수 있음. 체크인 시 주는 모빌리티 카드를 이용할 경우 숙박기간동안 시내 교통수단을 무료로 이용할 수 있음. 처음 만난 직원이 동양인을 무시한다는 느낌을 받긴 했으나 이후에 만난 직원들은 모두가 친절하였으므로 개인적인 성향이었다고 생각함.
