Well located hotel, comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Een 10 geven aan een hotel doen we niet vaak.
In dit geval is het meer dan verdient.
Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en klantgericht.
De kamer is schoon ruim en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt.
De lokatie in de stad is top!
Het ontbijt tot slot, is uitmuntend en ook nu behulpzaam personeel dat je alles wijst wat nodig is.
Geweldig!
Een aanrader voor een ieder die niet alleen wil genieten van het mooie Haarlem, maar zich graag laat verwennen door dit uitmuntende hotel.

Zimmer prima, Leute nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lautstärke von draußen muss man mögen. Für Reisende, die keine Ahnung haben was sie erwartet, kann die Lautstärke und der Trubel schon sehr überraschend sein

Amazing hotel in the centre of Haarlem. Stayed here 3 nights whilst doing a bike tour around Holland and this was a beautiful place to use as a base for a few days. The room and wet room were huge and we had a lovely view of St Bavo’s church. Just perfect! Also had to stay an extra night and luckily our room was still vacant!😊

Fantastisk personal! Hjälpsam och inlyssnande. Hotellet ligger centralt o på mysig gata med restauranger. Ändå känns allt lugnt och gemytligt.

My friend and I chose to stay in Haarlem. It was easy to get to Amsterdam for sightseeing. The hotel in Haarlem was undergoing some new paint but you would hardly know the workers were there. The front desk staff was great (Rolph) and the location could not have been better. Overall it was a great experience that I would repeat.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. The drawback of the location is the 58€ parking for less than 24 hours at the closest city owned parking garage. Outrageous.

The very competent clerk named Rolf was very kind and was able to get us into a room early. He made great recommendations for us to visit a nearby windmill (Adriaan) and that made for a great day!
Room was comfortable, shower worked well, and breakfast was delicious. Very satisfied with it all.
The location is between several outdoor restaurants on the side of the Grote St Bavo. Don't use the Google maps, it will take you away from the front door! Just get to the big church and walk around it.
It was lovely to hear the church bells from the hotel, but they did not ring all night and did not disturb sleep.

I enjoyed my visit tremendously. The woman who helped me check in was very kind and recommended places to go. The other front desk person Rolf was very kind and accommodating. The restaurant is centrally located to everything I wanted to see and do. The restaurant in the hotel called the Governor was absolutely fantastic. My server was Jorine and she was so kind. She gave me the best dining experience so a big thank you to her.

When you combine a dream location (mere steps away from the Grote Kerk) with charm and service to spare, you have a true winner. One of my favorite places in all of Europe to stay.

Muy bien ubicado, justo en el Grote Markt, a 5 minutos de la parada de autobús Centrum/Verwulft por si vienes en Bus 300 de Schiphol o a 10 minutos de la estación del tren. Limpio, check in y out rápido, amables, bilingües. Desayuno muy completo, típico europeo. Lo recomiendo.

Hotel was 15from train stain and an easy ride into Amsterdam. Located right next to church and main square. Comfortable beds clean, nice bathroom and shampoos. Small room with desk, chair and footstool. nowhere to easily set your luggage. Small closet. No ac but ceiling fan and floor fan. Lots of usb ports. In room safe. Church bells hourly but not a bother.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was very friendly, location was fantastic and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. About a 10 minute walk to the train station. Would stay here again!

Goed hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel op een toplocatie in Haarlem. Diner bij de Governor was prima en hetzelfde geld voor het ontbijt.
