The service quality is second to none. What makes this hotel great us its people. We felt it was good value. As well as having bottled water in the room, there was a cold water dispenser by the lifts which is priceless in such hot climate. They had welcoming drink by the reception as well. I suggest frequent fumigation to get rid of the annoying little insects.
They were also very resourceful to help us with practical hand-held scales when we needed to weigh our suitcases. We recommend this place as we had a very pleasant stay.

It was a good experience you get what you pay for.. just the stairs to climb from the main entrance to reception will be quite a task if you have luggage to carry.. other than that a good place to stay if masjid india is your shopping area..

Reservation kaunter amat cekap & mesra trmasuk dgn doorman yg sentiasa memberi komitmen dgn tugasnya. Kemudahan seperti cerek elektrik disediakan & ini amat memudahkan bagi guest yg mempunyai anak kecil utk membuat susu firmula disamping itu ada jg dsediakan water dispenser dluar bilik utk guest mengambil air mineral.. Menu sarapan pagi jg ala2 5star hotel.. Guest blh membuat pilihan.. Cuma kemudahan parking tak dsrdiakan & amat terkejut dengan bayaran yg dikenakan oleh private property.. Anyway overall.. Good job staf & keep it up..

Location is so good .. so closed to everywhere. And also so close to the Free KL city bus stop and LRT station. Very clean. I recommend this hotel. Value for your money

Not to bad, the area offer alot of shopping & eateries, v-convenient public transport nearby which eva direction. Room v-nice spacious.. Only the TV is problematic v-blurry no movie channel.. Well that's it.
