We hadnt originally booked this hotel as we were booked some where else.We both felt at home from the first second and the staff made us feel very welcome. Rengin is a wonderful hostess and nothing was any trouble for her and she booked our trips & recommened resteraunts to us. All in all had a fantastic stay in a great hotel and we are going to book up for next year.

This is an amazing litle gem right in the midle of a charming old town. The view is great. The staff always there to help and the food simply amazing!

The hotel was in the centre of the old town yet very quiet and peaceful once inside. Ideal for relaxing in the courtyard or swimming in the pool. Our room was nice, overlooking the courtyard, breakfasts were good and the staff friendly. The owner helped us with restaurants and places to visit which ensured that we had an enjoyable holiday, We would certainly stay there again.

Отель в целом понравился.Но сайт дает неточное описание.Вы пишите,что в отеле предоставляется бесплатная бутилированная вода.Это не так.Вода платная.В номере нет ни халата ни тапочек.Надо просить все это на рецепшен. Ни какого массажа ни в номере ни в отеле нет.Сауны,которую вы обещаете,тоже нет..Окна в отеле пропускают все звуки с улицы.Мне не помогали даже беруши.Жаль,что вы даете неверные описания отеля,я бы выбрала другой отель.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar die Lage einmalig, das Hotel ist so idyllisch, so gemütlich das kann man mit Worten nicht zum Ausdruck bringen, man muss es selbst erleben.
Wir sehen uns sicher wieder!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely hotel in just the nicest part of the city! We came by car and was a bit lost when a member of staff from the hotel had spotted us looking for the hotel - by bike he chased us up and even parked our car for us as these are narrow streets more made for walking really. We were treated really well by the owner whom we met in the pool when we arrived, she even treated us with Turkish tea and cake. As our car was rented and had to be delivered early we did not manage breakfast at the hotel, but was offered packed breakfast to take with us in the car. We can see some are complaining about noise, and yes, this is a lively area - which is also why it was such a treat to stay in the very middle of it all - so earplugs are probably a good idea - but we would for sure choose this lovely spot again during our next stay in Antalya!

Das Team hat uns sehr lieb empfangen. Man hatte sich prima um unseren Mietwagen gekümmert und auch um unser Gepäck, das leider nicht am Flughafen ankam. Die Umgebung ist echt malerisch nah und zentral und dennoch ruhig, zumindest unser Zimmer war zum Hof wo wirklich nichts zu hören war. Das Bad war sehr schön und modern. Das Zimmer und das Hotel haben einen echt netten Charme passsend zu den tollen Häusern in der Altstadt, aber mit allem Komfort. Das Bettzeug und die vielen Details zeigen wie liebevoll alles ist. Es ist klein und persönlich. Echt fein! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück ist sicherlich landestypisch, aber ein wenig Wurst wäre doch für den deutschen Gaumen prima. Aber Eierspeise und Kaffee und Saft und selbstgebackene Klenigkeiten. ECHT TOLL! Manchmal war uns die Musik etwas zu laut, die die Besitzer gerne abspielten. Da es aber Klassik und Jazz waren, war dies okay und wir haben nicht gefragt ob es doch etwas leiser ginge, was sicher möglich gewesen wäre.
Ein feines Hotel wenn man die Schönheit der Altstadt erleben möchte, guten Service wünscht, wenn man von dort aus unkomplizier und günstig mit dem Mietwagen die Umgebung erkunden möchte und abends gerne flaniert in dieser belebten Gegend und genaus zwischen Hafen, Hadrianstor und Co.

Ich war Anfang September mit meiner besten Freundin ein paar Tage im Hotel Kaucuk, bevor es eine Woche auf die AIDA ging. Wir waren skeptisch, ob die Fotos im Internet überhaupt der Realität entsprechen. Wir wurden absolut nicht enttäuscht. Im Gegenteil, wir waren uns beide einig, dass es sogar noch schöner war als erwartet! Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Das typisch türkische Frühstück, das auf den ersten Blick recht übersichtlich anmutet, hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir jeden Tag sehr gesättigt in den Tag starten konnten. Und Rengin, die Chefin, hat sich jeden Morgen eine andere köstliche, selbstgemachte Überraschung einfallen lassen! Man fühlt sich dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Sämtliche Transfers wurden zuverlässig organisiert. Erol, der sich um Zimmer, Service und überhaupt alles kümmert, macht einen tollen Job und kümmert sich wirklich liebevoll um die Gäste in seiner etwas zurückhaltenden, aber dennoch liebevollen und unaufdringlichen Art.
Für mich war der Aufenthalt im Hotel Kaucuk eine sehr schöne Urlaubserfahrung, die ich jedem nur ans Herz legen kann. Ich würde jederzeit dort wieder buchen! In diesem Sinne: liebe Grüße an Rengin und Erol und vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit!

Lovely hotel with a great courtyard and pool. Small and intimate, yet in the middle of everything. No point having a car as you can walk or take the tram around.

Kaucuk Residence is a lovely small, boutique hotel in the heart of the old city, within the castle walls. Its a converted mansion and very lovely. Easy walk to everything. Lovely rooms and courtyard with pool and bar. Owner is very solicitous and helpful with suggestions re where to go and how to get there. Breakfast is delicious Turkish breakfast served poolside. Quiet hotel. I stayed in the small single room which was great except the bed is very hard. I also spent one night in a double room where the bed was much more comfortable. Not a place for a family with children, but great for couples, singles, groups of adult friends. I will absolutely recommend to friends and would stay there again if I went back to Antalya.

The Kaucuk residence is located right in old town Antalya and is close to several great shops, restaurants and bars. The service is extremely friendly and helpful and the courtyard area is beautiful and charming. The complementary breakfast is fantastic and all the staff are committed to making sure your stay is as comfortable, relaxing and exciting as possible.

Heb erg genoten van mijn verblijf in Kaucuk Hotel! Zeer vriendelijke mensen die het je graag naar de zin willen maken. Ligging is perfect in de oude stad. Alles op loopafstand of met het trammetje goed te bereiken. Kamers zijn klein, maar zeer comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Excellent hôtel à recommander. Notre hôtesse a pu nous aider à chaque étape de notre séjour pour nous conseiller sur les transports les restaurants et les sites a visiter. La chambre standard est un peu petite et situé directement dans l'entrée du bâtiment. Le bruit était toutefois à un niveau acceptable. À recommander pour un couple sans enfants pour apprécier la plage et la vielle ville d'Antalya.

Two beautiful villas with few personalized rooms overlooking a charming courtyard and pool offer the perfect privacy and comfort for a weekend getaway. The service was great at all times of the day, and we looked forward to our fresh and fulling breakfast every morning.

Wonderful peace haven in the heart of Old Town Antalya. The owner and her staff are the most attentive and friendly hosts I've met in a tong time. The inner courtyard/garden is so enjoyable that one would want to stay there the whole summer long... From this small boutique hotel you can stroll in the old town, walk to the harbor and discover restaurants and more.

A beautiful hotel where the staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable and happy. You definitely enjoy your stay in this safe and secure hotel. Things to be aware of: (1) Some staff do not speak English; (2) front doors lock at midnight and you should ask for a key to get in the hotel; and (3) the hotel is right next to a mosque, so call to prayer can be loud. Despite these things, I can absolutely loved this hotel and would stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kaucuk (early June 2011). The service was very attentive but never intrusive. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, with good air conditioning, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The courtyard and pool were also well-maintained and a fantastic place to have breakfast or just relax with a couple of drinks. The food at breakfast was fresh and delicious. The hotel is well-located within the Kaleici district, which is very atmospheric and also has many good restaurants and cafes. It is also a short walk to Kale Kapisi square for trams to the beach and archaeology museum. Overall we are happy to recommend it and would gladly stay there when visiting Antalya again.

The Kaucuk Otel in Antalya is a sensational boutique hotel. The location, steps from the central clocktower in downtown Antalya, is ideal. My single room, although small by North American standards, was exceptionally clean with a large modern bathroom. The hotel itself is a historic building that is beautifully appointed. The courtyard out back is magnificent with impecably manicured grass, trees and shrubs, and a very nice small swimming pool. Breakfast in the courtyard was terrific. The staff are amazing; kind and concerned. Overall this small hotel far exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else on my next visit to Antalya.

Hotel in heart of old town, but an oasis of peace once you step through the doors. Staff are incredibly helpful. Breakfast, taken in the garden, is excellent. Only downside for us was our room being small, dark, only small window that looked onto stairwell. Another room and it would have been perfect.

The room and hotel was immaculate, pretty and in a very good location in the middle of beautiful Kaleici the Old Town.
A young man/boy served us the whole time we were there, and was very helpful and polite although his English wasn't the best.
The hotel had a lovely swimming pool which we used at the hottest part of the day, sipping beers that the hotel provided at a reasonable price.
The only thing I can mention is that if you book the "petit" room, as we did, be prepared for it to be VERY petite! The room itself was the size of the bed which was in it, however it did have a lovely (but small) bathroom and was very clean.
We stayed for only two nights in Antalya before going but could have easily stayed longer.

Lovely central boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. Beautiful garden where traditional Turkish breakfast served. Possibly the tiniest room we have ever stayed in not a double size room but I heard other guests saying their rooms were big and spacious.
Owner of the hotel has strict rules and food and drink from outside not allowed therefore everything consumed in hotel must be purchased from them. Very clean and tidy and probably not suitable for noisy families and children.
I would say this hotel is ideal for couples and older people who are just wanting a couple of nights in the old town. Ask for rooms overlooking the gardens and not the road for quietness and a view.

Lovely hotel in the Kaleici with excellent service. Would recommend if you want to stay in the old town...but if you are looking for a place with sun loungers there are other options perhaps more suitable

Die Besitzerin und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich.
Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet; es war jedoch klein und dunkel. Das passt allerdings genau, wenn man viel unterwegs ist.

Очень и очень удобное расположение отеля. Но перед уходом на прогулку у нас активно забирали ключи от номера, с какой целью не понятно, столкнулись с этим впервые. Недостаток - окно номера выходило на улицу, а один из служащих отеля курил всегда у нашего окна, соответственно мы дышали дымом. Необходима генеральная влажная уборка в номере перед заселением гостей и влажная ежедневная уборка. За 6 дней проживания смены постельного белья не было. Завтраки не плохие, но чай и кофе подавали не горячие. Останавливаться в будущем здесь не планируем.

시계탑에서 걸어서 5-10분정도 거리라서 관광지와는 인접해있고 조식을 먹는 안뜰과 룸이 참 예쁘게 꾸며져 있어요. 직원들 친절하구요 호텔사장은 영어를 무척 잘하는데 관심인지 뭔지 약간 간섭하는 듯한 느낌이 드는데 제가 그런걸 싫어하는 편이라 그닥 기분이 좋진않았어요. 외출할때 룸키를 맡아주겠다는 것도 그렇고..

We had a terrific stay at the Kauçuk hotel in September. Staff was really helpful and anticipated our every need. Hotel was beautiful, clean and calm, all in the heart of the old city. The only drawback was the noise from near rock bar saturday night, wich is the price to pay to be this centrally located I think. The room
was small but very functionnal and spotless. Breakfast was perfect. We suggest it in a heartbeat!

I don't like being obligated to leave my key at the front desk. I haven't had to do that since my backpacking days long ago. And, verifying my fears I came back to find they'd been in my room to change the temperature on the air conditioner. I had just arrived. Nobody should go in my room my first day. Outrageous that they can enter my room whenever they please. This is my private space for one or more days that I have paid for. Also, hot water is from solar and sometimes there isn't any. The room on the street can be quite noisy.

Dahil olmasına rağmen Kahvaltıya kalmayan müşteriden bile 1 su parasını tahsil edecek kadar PROFESYONEL bir işletme. Bulunduğu bölge itibarı ile park problemi var. Aracınızı uygun bir otopark a bırakıp otele taksi ile gdn derim çünkü civar otoparklar saatlik ücret uyguluyor. Kendi otoparkı zaten yok. Sigara içilmeyen bir otel. Oda, balkon ve yemek yerlerinde sigara içilemiyor, içmek için otel dışına çıkmak gerek... İşletme güler yüzlü. P konuda sıkıntı yok... Butik otel için beklentiyi karşılayacak özellikte denebilir

Hotel was clean and nice, we felt we were students at a dorm.... Everything is tightly controlled by owners....
We felt as if we stayed at a relatives home who is controll freak!

Good hotel for the price. The staff were very nice and polite, service minded. Good breakfast. The neighborhood was good, near to the center and the small beach, about 40 min walk to the bigger beach. However, it was quite a lot of noise, both from the Moske and around in the building. The cleaning could have been better and there was no TV.

U need to leave your room key to reception when ever going out. And the key to safetybox is with the room key. So basically you give them to access to all your money every time you go outside!!
They are constantly watching your every move. Very awkward. The atmosphere is not casual and relaxed.
Most Horrible thing is that they dont respect your belongings! While you are out, they move your clothes and stuff. They take things that are left on table and moved them in your suitcase or in the cabin?? Everyday you have to be looking after your shampoo. So, have unpack your luggage every dsy again. Never before I have seen anything like it :(
Location is perfect. Hotel is clean. Breakfast very limited, but you get your eggs make by order as you wish. Room is tiny, but bathroom better size than most in Kaleici.

We were provided with a room on the ground floor, right next to the reception, even though we booked a room specifically stated as "on the first or second floor". When we complained due to the constant noise, we were made to feel guilty for requesting to move. We eventually moved to a smaller room on the first floor (but did not complain since the location was much better). After that, we sensed insincerity from the owner each time she said hello. We did not do anything wrong, but this made us uncomfortable and prevented us from fully appreciating our stay. The hotel, itself, is clean, wonderful location, and serves a great breakfast.

Absolutt dårlig service, selv om betalte for deluxe rom fikk et rom i minste størrelse i mine alle hotel reservasjoner.. Tilbakemelding fra hotellet var; bilder kan vise rommet mye større!! Funnet gamle strømper mv under senga.. Minibar var tom unntatt to liten flaske vann. Opps, du må betale disse... Resepsjonen var ikke behjelpelig og arrogant. Du får et fat for frokost. Samme saker for alle dager igjen og igjen. Rå kjedelig. Alt kommer med falsk smil. Aldri mer Kaucuk. Det var som mareritt!!

Internette gördügüm resimlerden gaza gelerek ayirdigim oda tam bir hayal kirikligi idi. Yaklasik 8 m2 icerisinde, internetteki resimlerden cook farkli mobilyalar icerisinde bögrümde pencereyi (ve caddenin gürültüsünü) hissederek uyumak zorunda kaldim. Kisacasi DeLuxe odayi sakin secmeyin.
Beni karsilayan, ve sistemi cekip ceviren arkadas ise son derece sempatik ve profesyonel bir otelci idi. Hizmet konusunda hic bir elestirim yok.

We arrived on a Saturday evening. Big mistake, things may have gone different had we arrived earlier in the day or a different week day. The traffic was awful and it was very crowded. The hotel was difficult to find and upon finding the hotel only with the help of the receptionist (kagan) there was absolutely no parking. Not even in nearby otoparks. Fortunately, Kagan was so helpful, friendly and went above and beyond his duties. He not only helped us find parking, but made us feel welcomed. The owner on the other hand was not as helpful and was actually the opposite. She greeted me and then made a comment that I had a lot of luggage and she hoped it fit in my room. We had been traveling for 2 weeks after our wedding and yes we had two large bags and a small bag, but it was not excessive. My first thought was, oh no, what is our room going to look like. Well it was basically a closet in the lobby. I could not believe that after the stress of driving for 9 hours, difficulty finding hotel, and then parking problem, my room was two feet from the reception desk and two feet from the front door. Literally in the lobby. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. And once again if it wasn't for Kagan, I think I would have spent my night in Antalya crying or just skipping antalya all together. Breakfast was nice, food was good, and clean garden area. Once again the owner displayed negativity, not to us, but towards workers. She did not give that warm Turkish hospitality.
