Good location next to tram stop Nicely renovated old building Elevator!!! Food in the restaurant was good (very pricey but I think that's normal for Basel). Walkable neighborhood Good value for the money.

Clean, convenient walking distance to everything, complementary tram/bus pass, staff were nice. Continental breakfast was amazing, lots of choices.

Staff very helpful and attentive. Hotel is in a brilliant location for Christmas markets and transport links. Room was roomy and spotless, with towels changed everyday and bed made up. Good selection for breakfast every day

Spotless room, great amenities. EXCELLENT location for walking the streets and finding treasures. Very safe, never felt afraid. Front staff was simply charming, friendly and over the top understanding to our plight....we arrived 5 hours early for check in. It was raining, 8C degrees and miserable. Wonderful front staff took pity on us and checked us in early so we could warm ourselves and rest. She was a lifesaver.

Es war nicht unser erster Aufenthalt im Rheinfelderhof. Freubdliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gute Lage (waren am Basel Tattoo), Preis-Leistung stimmt hier voll und ganz!

Welcoming reception, you can leave your luggage at the reception until the comfortable room is ready, very easy transportation from the airport, transportation stations close by.

There is easy parking near the hotel, but You must pay to park in one of the parking garages. there is a nice Hotel restaurant on the first floor, and the staff are very accommodating. We would certainly stay here again

Considering how expensive Switzerland is, this cozy hotel is value for money. The tram is just right downstair. The staff are warm and welcoming. For example, at breakfast, when there was freshly baked croissant, the staff came around and handed out the hot and fresh croissant. When I checked-in too late, around 23:00, the staff was nice and patience.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind schön, hell und gross. Betten sehr bequem. Es hat Storen zum verdunkeln. Die Fenster haben den Strassenlärm von draussen zum grössten Teil abgehalten. Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee, Kühlschrank mit Wasser im Zimmer, Safe und Haarfön vorhanden. Sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Great location. Tram stop just a minute or 2 away and free tram travel included with a Basel Card which you recieve on check in!
Only 5 mins walk from the conference centre. Great room and really friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel - was able to let me into my room a bit early which was appreciated. Also upgraded my room as I’m 193cm and the staff said my original room may be a bit small!

Great location on Clarastrasse, but quiet in room at back.

Très bonne situation géographique, à côté des lignes de tramway, et pas loin du centre historique.
Accueil très courtois et très professionnel. Rien à redire sur la propreté de la chambre et de l'hôtel en général. Je conseille le petit-déjeuner très rassasiant.

Great value for the money. Great location - walking distance to all areas - team right outside. On busy street that room faced on to but when doors to balcony were closed it was very sounds proof. Small room but very cute, clean, and well appointed - good beds. Wanted for nothing.

프린트를 도와주시고 뜨거운 물을 제공해주시는 등의 서비스가 매우 좋았습니다. 방은 당연히 깨끗했고 침대 상태도 좋았습니다. 조식은 평범한 수준으로 제공했습니다. 다음에 바젤을 방문한다면 또 이 호텔을 이용하고 싶습니다.

Ottima posizione, mezzi pubblici raggiungibili in pochi minuti, stanze grandi e confortevoli. Personale gentile e per nulla invadente. Pulizie e cambio asciugamani ok. Unico problema il rumore del tram proprio sotto le finestre, basta tenerle chiuse e si sente poco. Hotel molto consigliato nel complesso.

The staff were the highlight of our stay. They were all friendly and accommodating! Close to the Coop and tram station.
The hotel has four floors. For everyone’s awareness, the elevator goes only up to the third floor.
