The hotel is located perfectly in the middle of the city and the staff were extremely friendly on check in. We were given a Basel travel card for the duration of our stay which was really appreciated. The room was a great size and was very comfortable and clean.

Great hotel in a the best location. Our room was small but very well appointed and had a balcony and a nice view from the top floor. Service was smooth and friendly. Gluhwein and biscuits are complimentary at Christmas time in the lobby. This hotel was the best value in its category during Christmas period. I would go back.

We were able to check in an hour early as our room was ready. This was much appreciated as we flew all night and part of the next day to get there. The front desk was exceptional in advising us on directions and how to use the trams in Basel. The room was very well appointed.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. It is very quiet despite being in the centre. Loads of choices of restaurant around and very close to the river. The service is fine but could be a bit friendlier.

Friendly staff shared how easy it is to walk to the water or use city transportation. Cozy room with a patio. We dined here in the evening and loved it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely hotel, this is really cool boutique hotel, a hidden gem…. I usually stay in 5 star hotels but I needed to be in this location. I took a chance on this hotel after reading good reviews and honestly I was not disappointed.
The staff are lovely and very helpful.

Fantastic hotel! Staff is very friendly, warm and informative with suggestions to help enhance your stay in Basel. The room is quiet and the AC keeps it at a great temperature amid this current heatwave. AC can often be a rare commodity at hotels here and rarer that it actually cools the room. Such a comfortable stay that I extended it!

We added the breakfast option which was 27CHF pp. Kind of pricey but the breakfast was good and a fat amount of options. There are lots of places close by to eat at.

Excellent hotel for location and value. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walking distance to good restaurants and town center. We would stay there again.

Very charming hotel. Close to Old Town, museums, and shopping. Unfortunately, all the shops were closed as it was Easter Weekend. This was just a one night stay to get accustomed to the 7 hour time difference. The room was very tidy, had everything we needed and an extremely comfortable bed. The staff was more than helpful. We had an excellent time at this hotel. The staff was beyond helpful and nice. Rooms were super clean. We got the basic room, but it was larger than we expected and just fine for three nights. Great location in the heart of the city.
Our only complaint was the temperature of the room at night. We had to open the window because it was so hot. The gym was also very hot and had limited equipment. It had three cardio machines and a set of hand weights (only
Up to 10 kg).

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Great access to public transportation, the old city, the Rhine River, and restaurants. Public transportation on buses and trams was free. The breakfasts were outstanding.
