Nice place, great pool and tv, coffee room next to pool. Laundry room is also on the top floor. Nice rooms , kitchen, lounge, bedrooms. Just a little on the dated side. Small lobby with the smallest breakfast general seating area ever.

Comfortable stay with family. Near to KLCC and plenty of food options if you decide to stay in. Only downside is the packed daily breakfast. Limited options. Would have been better if buffet spread is available.

Extremely comfortable stay for our family of 5. Excellent suite layout to accommodate our toddler and baby - they gave us a beautiful crib. Fantastic rooftop pool and location to Linc mall, restaurants, etc. Friendly staff and very clean. Nice breakfast options too.

The lap pool on the roof top was great as well as the other pool. Quiet and nice view. The room was bigger than expected and very spacious and quiet! Beyond my expectations. I really enjoyed my stay there and will come back when I need to go to KL. Also, the hotel is 10/15 min walk to the Petronas Towers so great location with malls and supermarkets and restaurants around. Perfect really!

Full functioning kitchen, dining and living area and full walk-in closet - what a price. True value much higher especially that there is the truly caring staff who communicated perfectly

Didn't expect to get such a great night stay at a studio. It was very clean, very spacious and all things came in handy!
Only setback was that breakfast was packed food and some of them were not really nice (presentation was nice though). I would like to suggest to change vendor for nasi lemak and doughnut. Even typical local packing but with good taste would be appreciated.

We stayed there for 2 nights.
Many restaurants nearby even grocery so we can cook simple foods.
Location is near to Intermark Mall and Suria Petronas.
Silent and not too crowded.

Super tolles Appartement mit Klasse Blick auf die Stadt. Sehr geräumig. Schöner Rooftop Pool. Sehr freundliches Personal. Rundum zufrieden. Frühstück ist verbesserungsfähig.

The quality of the facilities was very good and the views were outstanding.

Front desk staff was professional and friendly; apartment was good fit for us; timely housekeeping; grocery, restaurants (including Celebrity Chef Wan's place} next door in the Linc and another grocery 3 blocks away in Landmark along with excellent restaurants. Pool, exercise room, resident lounge on top of building were very clean.

An amazing place. Had the premier studio. Very clean, great breakfast and wonderful and helpful staff. Will definitely return. Keep it up!

Lift for guests so damn slow! Have to wait 20 mins from Level 12 to Lobby. Parking is not free

1. Walking distance to go to KLCC.
2. Convenient for staying, shopping and eating near two shopping malls of the LINC & Intermark
3. Good environment relatively apart from business centre district.

I stayed there approximately 1 1/2 months. The suite was perfection. Cleaning was done promptly and efficiently!
The staff was friendly and efficient. I would definitely book the Somerset as my first choice!!

I really enjoyed our stay at Somerset Ampang !! Very fast check in.
They upgraded our room to executive bedroom as soon as we arrived as a complimentary for my birthday with free birthday cake and card. Offer great amenities and more. The have a pool that has a beautiful view of the city. Large, modern apartment with great shower and good large bed. I can really recommend Hotel Somerset Ampang !

This place was good for the price, staff were also kind, lots of Space & good window-bath-tub
The downside, I had to call my favorite masseuses from a luxury hotel on the other-side of KL. Adding a dedicated spa is burden-less & financially rewarding, an attraction that all successful KL hotels is offering.

파빌리온 셔틀버스도 있고 수건 휴지 써비스도 좋고 벌레도 없습니다. 특히 직원이 굉장히 친절했어요 루프탑 수영장이 특히 좋았습니다

2베드룸에 숙박했는데 거실이나 방, 화장실 모두 넓고 전반적으로 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 화장실도 깨끗했구요. 특히 세탁기/건조기가 방 안에 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 냉장고도 큰 사이즈였구요.
옥상에 있는 수영장도 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되어 있었고 수건도 늘 충분히 있었으며 옥상에 있어서 view도 좋았습니다.
조식은 옵션이 많지는 않았으나 맛은 좋았습니다.
파빌리온, KLCC로 가는 무료셔틀이 2시간마다 있고, 다른 쇼핑몰도 요청하면 데려다 주는 것 같았구요.
호텔의 유일한 단점이라면 바로 근처에 편의점이나 식당이 너무 없습니다. 조식 먹는 레스토랑이 프랜차이즈 레스토랑 같은 곳인데, 아시아 메뉴부터 피자까지 거의 모든 것을 파는 곳입니다. 맛은 다행히 나쁘지 않았으나 여기를 제외하면 더운 날씨에 걸어서 식사하러 가거나 간단히 음료를 사기에는 거리상으로 다 가깝진 않았습니다. 이 부분만 제외하면 가격이나 시설면에서 매우 훌륭합니다.

택시로 10분 안으로 이동이 다 가능하였으며, 직원들도 친절하고 객실이 깔끔하여 가족들 모두 만족하고 왔어요.
오랜만에 만난 가족들과 이야기 하고 모일 수 있는 거실도 있고 침대도 포근해서 잠도 잘 자고 나왔어요.
프론트 직원들도 꽤 친절하였으며, 조식은 따로 신청하는 것이 없어서 현장 결제하여 먹었는데 맛이 괜찮았었습니다.

다 좋았습니다. 친절도, 시설, 수영장, 객실상태 다 맘에 들었습니다.
위치도 트윈타워에서 도보로 10~15분정도..
사람에 따라사 위치는 호불호가 갈리겠지만 전 위치도 맘에 들었어요 ^^
트위타워가 객실에서 안보이는 점은 옥에 티 ^^
