Everything was great at the hotel.

Otel konum olarak cok merkezi. Odalar ve özellikle banyo epey genisti. Gayet temiz ve bakimliydi. Kahvaltida acik büfe zengin cesitliligi var. Personel cok nazik ve sempatik. Kendi araciyla gidecek olanlar direk otelin önüne aracinizi park edebiliyorsunuz bu benim icin cok önemliydi. Herseyiyle memnun kaldik. Hic tereddüt etmeden gidebilirsiniz

The stay at the hotel was a success. Everything was as described.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Pool and pool towels provided were good. Location in old town was excellent. Plenty of shops and places to eat and drink nearby.

This is my second time staying but not my last. Excellent check in, friendly staff, great city centre pool, lovely room, nice breakfast and location, location, location.

I travelled with my father & daughter we stayed in the family room it was very spacious with plenty of wardrobe space also a small fridge & tea/coffee which was topped up everyday.
I have stayed in other hotels in Kaleici & this is by far best value for your money the breakfast was plentiful the restaurant wasn't open as its out of season but you can see they are starting to prepare for summertime. The location is perfect close to everything.
We will be staying here again.

We stayed here for 4 days as we were attending a wedding in the old town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is perfect and right in the old town, convenient for shopping and dining options.
All round great hotel and great location. Thank you to all the staff.

Antalya Kaleiçinde konumu çok iyi olan Urcu Hotelde konakmak çok güzeldi. Bizim kaldığımız oda büyük, ferah ve çok temizdi. Çalışan insanlar çok güleryüzlü ve çok yardımseverdi. Bütün hepsine çok teşekkür ederiz. Biz iki bayan arkadaş kaldık. Güzel bir tatil geçirmemize yardımcı olan Urcu Hotel e de çok teşekkürler. Kaleiçine geldiğimde konaklama yapacağım güzel, şirin ve temiz otel.

Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich und zuvorkommen. Zimmer super sauber und ausreichend Platz. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre gerne besuchen wir es wieder. Waren 2 tage im Hotel. Schönes ausreichendes Frühstück

Staff were very attentive, especially Dilber who played my choice of music while spending time in their lovely swimming pool at the end of a hot day. Room was quite large with plenty of space.
Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and lots of variety.
The location is perfect, being in the old town and close to attractions, shopping, plenty of places to eat and only a short walk to the marina.

Das Hotel Urcu haben wir für einen kurzen Stopp in Antalya genutzt, und dafür ist die Unterkunft ganz hervorragend geeignet. Sie liegt nah zur Altstadt, ist aber trotzdem ruhig. Es gibt sogar einen Pool, den man nach einem hitzigen Tag in Antalya wunderbar nutzen kann. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimnt, man bekommt geräumige Zimmer für einen moderaten Preis.

Le hôtel est magnifique avec une belle piscine, la chambre était très grand et très confortable avec une belle vue sur la ville; le personnel était très gentil; en plus l’hôtel est très bien situé dans la vieille ville près des restos et des sites d’intérêts ainsi que du transport en commun.

We have stayed at other hotels in the area and this was by far the best. This will now be the only hotel we stay at when we visit. The staff were brilliant, the room was very clean and the turkish breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived around 6:00 pm and was checked in by Dilbar. After being shown to our rooms we decided to head out and and get some dinner and find the meeting point for an excursion we had booked in for the following morning. We found that our network didn't cover Turkey and in short we needed a sim card. We went back inside and asked Dilbar if she could recommend a place and directions to get a sim card. She did one better she arranged someone to deliver it to the hotel in 10 mins, she laid out how much it would cost, and so we waited by the pool for it to arrive. On arrival she stayed and checked everything was set up correctly.
I can't fault the service here, both herself and the owner are great, the location of the hotel is super convenient and it's nice to go exploring the local area.
Thank you so much Dilbar ( I hope I spelled that right) I hope your boss realises just how fantastic you are.

Voor de 2e keer hier verbleven. Aangenaam hotel met een goed ontbijt en fijne kamers. Heerlijk dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden en toch lekker afgeschermd van alle drukte.

The hotel is small but has all the amenities (even a pool!). The room was large and comfortable. The hotel staff was really helpful with outlr requests for taxis or local information

öncelikle çok misafirperver bir ekiple karşılaştık. çok güzel bir aile işletmesi. sabah kahvaltıları harikaydı. otelin 3 araçlık otoparkı olması inanılmaz güzeldi. çok rahat ettik kaleiçinde olmasına rağmen. her yere çok yakındı. 2 adım yürüdüğünüzde eğlence mekanları, restaurantlar herşey yanınızda. havuz küçük ama yetiyor.

I stayed a couple of times in Kaleici, Antalya, & both me & my boyfriend agreed that Urcu is the most pleasant hotel of all we tried out (all were aprox.same category). Quiet, comfy, nice big rooms, very clean & great location. We will be glad to come again

Hotellpersonalen var mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga även om att alla inte pratade engelska. Rummet var mycket rent och stort. Tyst var det också. Kände oss trygga. Kunde lämna resväskorna kvar i 14 timmar när vi var på utflykt innan nattflyget hem. Samt kunde låna security boxen också. Internet fungerade bra. Läget var perfekt. I gamla stan nära till allt. Också lätt ta spårvagn till stranden och nära Nirvana travel service som ordnar jätte bra utflykter.

Urcu Hotel is a perfect place to stay in Kaleici or the Old Town of Antalya. It was quiet and quaint with a wonderfully relaxing swimming pool. The room was very clean and air conditioning worked great. The breakfast buffet in the morning is adequate. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a triple room which was very big and comfortable, the cleaning was above any expectation, service is also very good any the personnel including the owner just want to help, very nice breakfast and the pool was clean and good, kids and us like that very much. Hotel has good location and close to everything you need like a shops, all night life, restaurants, bazar BUT in a quiet corner so there in now much noise from the bars which are 5 min walking.

We stayed for 3 nights in March. The temperature was perfect for exploring the city and the fact that there were few tourists around being so early in the season meant that it was uncrowded and pleasant to walk around; a good time to visit. The hotel is in a perfect location, being close to the main sites and within easy reach of public transport. The hotel room was was comfortable and clean and good value for the price paid. Breakfast was traditional and absolutely delicious with a varied and extensive spread of dishes each day.

Great breakfast options. Staff were incredibly lovely, kind and helpful. Room was somewhat sparse and could with modernising and maybe a lamp by the bed. Bed was too firm for us. Location was excellent and quiet considering it's so central.

Property was basic but big & clean. Only problem is our room was next to the “cleaners room” and it was very noisy in the early morning. Breakfast was average. Walkable to loads of dining options & shops. Staff speaks English .

Отличное расположение отеля в старом городе. Из аэропорта можно доехать на трамвае, пройти 5 мин и вы в отеле. Всё рядом: транспорт, магазины, кафе.

Good location in the old town close to Hadrian’s Gate. Room was a good size and smart.

The location is excellent great, just right next to the bus station. However, the room is just so so, and Hotel standard. So, don't except any Hotel level.

Auf den Bildern sieht alles gut aus, leider war die Realität anders. Das gebuchte und bezahlte Frühstück gabe es nicht! Zimmerreinigung, Handtuchwechsel ein mal in den 8 Tagen. Zuhause machst du doch auch nicht täglich sauber war die Antwort des Managers!!! Hellhörig im Haus und auch von draußen konnte man jedes Wort hören. Schimmel im Bad an den Fugen und der Decke.

Salle de bain il y a un très gros problème de mauvaise odeur
Ça venait du drain de la douche et au matin vers 6 heures il y avait une odeur de cuisson
Les serviettes étaient très rugueuses ainsi que la couverture sur le lit
