Good location, well thought-out room with all standard hotel amenities available. iPad controls were easy to use and control lights, temperature and so on. Due to the narrow capsule-style design with large bed taking up whole of one end of the room there isn't much 'living/sitting' space but for single traveller or couple spending the day out and about it is great.

ルームキーパーの方は、最初に部屋のドアを開けるのに手間取っていたところ、すぐに気づいて助けてくださり、とてもありがたかったです。

The room was great, clean, air conditioning working properly. The location is perfect with the night market around the corner, 25 mins walking to the Petronas and KLCC.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. I’ve stayed here before and continue to appreciate the consistent standards across the brand, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back.
The room was very clean and comfortable, with an excellent bed that made for great nights of sleep. The bathroom and shower were spotless, and everything felt well maintained.
The hotel’s in-room technology, controlled via an iPad, is a nice concept and generally worked well, although there were a couple of minor technical hiccups during the stay. The staff was responsive and addressed any issues promptly, which I appreciated.
Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection and everything I needed to start the day.
Overall, this was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily choose this hotel again on a future visit.

I love this hotel. It’s all computerized with lights, sleep mode, control temperature, curtains that go up and down. It’s very well designed. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also great and the cappuccino is the best. I was very comfortable and very happy staying there. I will stay in another CitizenM Hotel in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable with a modern vibe. The bed was massive and there was a large window to see the area around the hotel. The location is excellent as it’s a few minutes walk from a supermarket, restaurants, bars and a night market.

Very beautiful and clean hotel. Great location. A lot of restaurants and famous Jalan Alor street are close by. The breakfast is good. The size of room is average not big enough but will do the job perfectly.

Perfect clean room, very good breakfast, staff was extremely helpful. Room is very technologically advanced. Although the washbasin outside the washroom was a little bit inconvenient but overall the experience was great

The bed was amazing and staff are very hospitable. The only problems I had were maybe that the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly with every visit, just made the bed and changed the towel and that’s it. The staff were very kind, especially Hanisa was always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, I’d give it 7.5/10.
We had a problem with the iPad not changing the colors but that’s not a big deal. The iPad was helpful and very techy. I loved it!

Terrific staff in all aspects. Clean, spacious room with great shower, huge comfy bed and large window with neat automated blinds. Tasty buffet breakfast. Great location.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Process of checking in and out was seamless, room is exactly what you need if you’re visiting for a short trip, and the location was superb as well! Would stay again!

The place was very modern and the rooms very European design. Nothing super fancy but not dirty or bad in any way. The staff was exceptional at all times and everything is laid out great

This is the first time I'm staying at citizenM and I must say what an experience it was. From checking in to asking if I can have a late check out. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Bed was big and I was happy rolling in it. Shower was best ( I can hv disco light..😉)
Its just a walk away from food and shopping area. Would definitely returned. Thank you

Hotel is just next to Night market which makes it very easy to look for food in the evening. Everything is controlled using iPad in the room including TV, blinds and lighting. Big Shopping mall Mitsui Lalaport mall is 15mins walk from hotel. However be careful of traffic there as roads are busy.
