Back to back bookings. Room 2509 was very good, spacious sitting area and Bedroom spacious. Bed comfortable. All quiet and clean. All staff very friendly and pleasant.
Executive Lounge we used daily. Most staff were very friendly and polite. Food and drinks good. Just needs bit improvement in variety.
Although no Bell Boys still staff helped us with Large Luggage.

Very easy going and friendly. Also very accommodating. We turned up earlier than checkin and they said if the room is ready they will let us checkin and they did. They also let us hold luggage there for hours after we checked out. We had an amazing experience.

Property is aged and needs a renovation. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are very limited and very busy. Its worth getting the executive rooms so you have the option of a private lounge breakfast and evening drinks/snacks.

Great hotel in good location. There was two major problems thou. The housekeeping staff on floor 4 kept pestering me eventhough i had the no cleaning sign on. One of them opened my room while I was sleeping and another called to the room. Maybe they were planning to steal my luggage?
The other problems was The lack of warm shower water.

I have stayed at Furama many times over the last 10 years. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable and I prefer the location because I am very familiar with the area. As an athlete and daily lap swimmer, I suggest the pool cleaning staff have the pool clean and ready at the 7 am opening time. Each morning the staff would begin cleaning the pool at 7 am. With decades of regular lap swimming experience and having stayed at numerous hotels, and lived many years in Asia. I’ve trained in many pools. The Furama pool is not cleaned correctly and there is often debris in the water, and the water is cloudy. During this visit, I stayed for three weeks. The pool was basically in the same unclean condition every day.

This is still a great place to stay but standards are unfortunately dropping.
House keeping has been reduced to every 3rd day and several delights that were offered in the Executive Lounge are no longer available, including relaxing there outside breakfast and afternoon tea times, where in the past you could enjoy a free hot drink and some nibbles. I hope these reduced services are reflected in the prices, but all in all this is still a great place to stay.

The hotel itself is getting old , lots of maintenance needed to keep it going. Staff everywhere are wonderful, service is very good breakfast excellent cleaning is on going. Front office desk have a masked employee who's got the most beautiful eyes...... Linda.

생각보다 넓고 깨끗하고 조용해서 좋았음. 아침 식사도 저렴하고 괜찮음. 추천할 만함. 주변에 걸어서 다닐 만한 곳도 비교적 있음. 일정 마치고 잠깐 들러서 구경해도 좋을 듯.

말레이시아가 좋은 기억으로 남는건 다름 아닌 좋은 호텔 때문인 것 같습니다.
앞에 바로 쇼핑몰이 있어서 참 좋았구요. 비록 골목이 조금 무섭긴 했지만, 위치는 만족스러웠습니다.
조식 또한 크게 나쁘지 않았구요. 전반적으로 만족합니다.

방의 크기도 컷고 청소 조용함등이 마음에 들었습니다.조금 부족하다 느낀점은 오래된 호텔이라서 일반적인 비데가 아니라 말레이식 비데는 좀 어색한다고 느낌

Hotel is showing its age. Hot water was not hot enough, carpet in the room should be replaced as parts of it was popping out. Staff were great though.

駅からの道が非常に分かりづらく、汚い。部屋は清潔で良い。広さも十分で、価格と整合的だと思います。

Reasonable Choice for the space, location with Grab and price. It is old facility with good condition. Hard to access near by location in Bukit Bintang because of one-way street.

建物は外観からかなり古そうだったが、それに起因する不便は特に感じられなかった。隣に「ららぽーと」があって、交通機関とのアクセス、食事、ショッピングのすべてに寄与している。総合的に見て、非常にリーズナブルな宿泊だった。

Le personnel est très sympa , la piscine et la salle de sport sont très bien, accessible à pied le mall berjaya times square et lalaport
Les lits sont confortables et les douches sont propres et fonctionnelles

C'est un hôtel qui dispose de chambres de tout type de standing et vraiment très propre.
La qualité de service et le petit déjeûner y sont rès bonnes.
La piscine n'est pas gigantesque mais reste assez grande pour y accueillir plusieurs personnes ( il y a une pataugeoire juste à côté pour les mini bambins).
Une salle de sport donnant sur la piscine est assez bien équipée.
Le grand grand plus est sa localisation à côté de 2 grands malls et connectée au reseau metro à côté.

スタッフは気遣いながら適切に対応してくれて良いのですが、設備が古く、アメニティー類もシェーバーがないなどグレードは価格なりと感じました。ララポートを抜けて北西側の駅を利用すると市内の主要な所に行けます。

The room is big, feel relax when stay in. Cleaniless acceptable, the whole building need refurbish 😊 look old. WIFI signal horrible, better use your own Internet
