Mijn verblijf in Sir Albert was een echte verademing in het hart van Amsterdam. Vanaf het eerste moment valt de warme, ontspannen ontvangst op: het personeel is vriendelijk, attent en geeft je meteen het gevoel dat je welkom bent. Je wordt niet zomaar ingecheckt, je wordt ontvangen.
Kamer
De kamer combineert modern design met uitzonderlijk comfort. De materialen zijn stijlvol, de kleuren rustgevend, en elk detail lijkt zorgvuldig gekozen om een intieme en verfijnde sfeer te creëren. Het bed is heerlijk comfortabel, de lakens zijn van topkwaliteit en dankzij de uitstekende geluidsisolatie slaap je alsof je midden in een oase van rust bent.
Personeel
Het personeel is zonder twijfel een van de grootste troeven van het hotel. Professioneel maar nooit afstandelijk, warm maar nooit opdringerig. Elke vraag wordt efficiënt en met oprechte aandacht behandeld. Je merkt dat het team trots is op het hotel en zich volledig inzet voor een perfecte gastervaring.
Ontbijt
Het ontbijt is een klein feest op zich: verse producten, een ruime keuze en een verzorgde presentatie. Of je nu houdt van een lichte start van de dag of een uitgebreid ontbijt, alles is aanwezig. De koffie en de verse broodjes verdienen een speciale vermelding, net als de vriendelijke bediening.
Kortom: Sir Albert is een hotel waar je graag naar terugkeert. Elegant, comfortabel, perfect gelegen en gedragen door een fantastisch team. Een absolute aanrader.

One of the nicest hotel stays I have ever experienced. Staff was professional and accommodating, perfect location with dozens of dining options all within a 5 minute walk. Half a block from the metro. The beds were extremely comfortable and the entire facility was very clean. This hotel is highly rated and I would stay here again next time I visit Amsterdam! A+++

Great experience as a female solo traveller. Staff were all incredibly friendly. Price was it’s just out of central Amsterdam so much more affordable, yet close enough that you just walk a block to the metro and head wherever you want. Was also very easy to get to by transit from the airport.
Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I had a basic room and just wish there had been more areas to put things (more hooks for towels and areas to put clothing and cosmetics etc) but it was good enough for what I needed. There were two hooks about the shower but I’d need to be two feet taller to access them lol
Tip: I asked for a room at the back away from street noise as recommended by other travelers and it was very quiet that way. However because I was in a room that had an ajoinint door to another room I could hear noise from that room. When I mentioned this to hotel staff they immediately offered to move me so were very responsive.
Overall great find and great location for the price point, would return!

Staff was amazing. I was traveling with my brother and room had very open bathroom area and was very accommodating for us to change room with a more private bath area and was appreciative of us letting them know. Hotel was in a great location, great comfy beds and great shower.

Ein fantastisches Hotel. Tolles Zimmer, nettes Personal und die Lage in De Pijp ist einfach großartig. Das Hotel hält was es für den Preis verspricht. Einzig das Frühstücksbüffet könnte etwas ausgewogener sein. Aber das ist jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Gerne wieder!

A well located hotel in Amsterdam - very close to the metro, lots of restaurants, cafes & bars on your doorstep.
The deluxe room although not massive was well laid out. The bathroom is integrated into the room rather than a separate bathroom. Great to have a room equipped with an iron & ironing board rather than having to call down to request one like many other hotels.
Staff were very friendly upon arrival with welcome drinks offered, bags stored & an email notification received promptly once the room was ready.
An enjoyable stay whilst in Amsterdam.

We really enjoyed the location, you can easily walk to the market, the train and subway stations are nearby, and there are plenty of places to rent a bike, enjoy a nice meal, or simply grab a good coffee. The neighborhood was lovely, and the location felt perfect.
I do wish the hotel had a rooftop, as I could see the sunset from my window and it would have been wonderful to experience it from there. Overall, the hotel was clean, had a pleasant scent, and the staff was very helpful.
The only downside was that I was charged the city tax twice: once upon arrival and again on my departure date. This could have been avoided if the system had been updated right away.

We had an amazing stay at Sir Albert. We were returning guests (having first stayed a few years ago) - and the staff were as friendly as ever and so generous. We were also celebrating our recent engagement and they made our trip extra special with a lovely card and celebratory drinks. Would highly recommend as it’s a lovely modern but cosy hotel, in a great area (a short walk into the centre of town), and with a well kitted gym just a few doors down.

Outstanding experience. The check in was quite different than my usual experience, with the offer of a drink and friendly greetings.

Great hotel! We were welcomed with a lovely glass of Prosecco. The hotel was really modern. It had what looked to be a great restaurant attached to it but it was fully booked so didn’t get to try! The room had everything it needed.
I loved the area, had great vibe to it feel like a local area but still only 4 mins to central by the metro.
I also loved the little gift they provided on departure. Great touch!

Good room with a view with all required facilities. Great check-in, very friendly and helpful. All requests were met with a smile and carried out immediately.
Eggs were cooked fresh any way you like for breakfast. A thoroughly pleasant stay.

Amazing hotel! Location is great, very close to the Pijp subway station, close to many restaurants and museums. Rooms are well maintained and the shower is one of the best I have found in hotels lately (very important after a tiring day of tourism or work). Furthermore, the staff is a delight to deal with.
Best thing: they provide infinite bottles of great mineral water (sparkling or still) to all guests! It is amazing, truly loved that amazing perk!

I stayed here for 4 nights. The area is safe as I was traveling solo. There is a Spar and Jumbo store close by, if you need any basic stuff. The staff is very nice and friendly. Hotel restaurant Izakaya is a must-try for some yummy food. Walking distance to the city center and other spots. No complaints, highly recommend this place.
