Outstanding value for money — genuinely hard to beat in KL. I stayed in a Genius Suite which was enormous, beautifully furnished with a four-poster bed, chaise longue, and a gorgeous arched window. The bedding deserves special mention: proper feather pillows and Egyptian cotton that made for the best night’s sleep of my trip. It’s those details that separate a true five-star experience from the rest.
The Majestic has real character. In a city where many upscale hotels feel like interchangeable corporate properties, this one stands apart with its colonial heritage and distinctive atmosphere. It feels worthy of the Autograph Collection branding — individual, considered, and with a genuine sense of place. The smokehouse bar alone is worth a visit even if you’re not staying.
Staff were friendly, efficient, and welcoming throughout. Everything felt well-run without being overly formal.
The only slight caveat is location. While centrally placed on paper, it doesn’t quite have the walkability of areas like Mont Kiara or Bukit Bintang — you’ll likely need a Grab for most outings. That said, if you’re happy with that trade-off, the quality of the room and the price point make this an exceptional choice. For what you’d pay for a basic chain hotel room in London, you’re getting a genuine suite in a landmark property. Highly recommended.

Loved The Majestic - it achieves the rare combination of being a 'heritage' property, but also being luxurious. It doesn't quite match up to The Imperial in Delhi, but it is not too far off. Excellent staff, lovely rooms and decent public areas. I wish we'd had time to stay longer.

Everything was excellent from walking in to walking out . The Hotel was beautiful and very colonial style , the staff were attentive and always super polite , the room was top notch and the food was great .
Only negative it was a little far from everything needed taxi but cheap .

Lovely staff and service. Excellent breakfast, great pool to relax after breakfast and before heading to adventures in the city. Best for people that seek beach holiday and city life at the same time. Ask concierge what ever you love to do and they help in the way that is best just for you. Special thanks for them.

Hotel clásico, cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. Habitación suite enorme con buenos productos de baño. El desayuno es tipo buffet y permite probar la comida local o ir a lo seguro con la comida internacional. Precio razonable para el nivel. Recomendable.

Everything was just amazing, starting from the staff flexibility all the way to the smallest details that you would request at the breakfast table. Absolutely amazing!! Even the porter was so friendly that he bought drinks for us, nowhere have I experienced such great service. Rooms cleaned twice a day, I mean , wow!

The room was large, spotless and the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. The AC is good and the bed very comfy. Th location is also central.
Just one small improvement can be made with regards to the slippers as they are of low quality compared to the luxury of the hotel.

Beautiful colonial/art deco building with so much on offer and appreciate that’s it’s hard to leave the hotel to explore KL. Position perfect to walk to key historic sites and short walk to station for go elsewhere. Outstanding service from all staff and a special mention to the Concierge Desk who couldn’t do enough for us to ensure our 4 night stay was the best. The Botanic Gardens were very close providing us with a nice focus for an early morning walk. Highly recommended for a KL stay and a taste of history, don’t forget to experience the hotels High Tea in one of the many gorgeous lounges or cafe.

全般的にはスタッフをはじめホテルには大満足。些細なことではあるが、浴室の洗面台が汚れていて排水が悪かったり、朝食会場のサービスがスタッフによって差があった。

Our stay here was wonderful. The service of the staff was exceptional, and it was this that really made our visit memorable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, including a visit to the spa and afternoon tea.

Absolutely fantastic experience here, we had a junior suite which was excellent.
The staff were all so polite, courteous, and helpful and nothing was too much trouble from the front desk staff to the house keepers.
Some staff members remembered what coffee I liked every morning at breakfast which I found a very nice personal touch.
The breakfast selection was superb with so many options.
Every member of staff went above and beyond.
The hotel was spotless both inside and out and we would highly recommend here. Will certainly return in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Majestic hotel. All the staff from concierge to the kitchen were exceptional. It was our anniversary and the concierge had upgraded our booking to a VIP suite to honour us. A wonderful place which I highly recommend

Très bel hôtel très agréable. Seul point négatif: des chambres mal insonorisés séparées les unes des autres par une porte ce qui fait qu’on entend tout ce qui se passe à côté. Dommage surtout si les voisins sont bruyants.

A beautiful hotel, nestled in a stunning historic building.

This is a 5 star boutique hotel that is confortable with exceptional service at all levels. The restaurants were very good-breakfast, lunch and dinner were buffet style with plenty of selection. There was another restaurant that had a la carte and a bar which we did not try.
