Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im ALoft! Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind groß und hell und offen gestaltet, gereinigt wird jeden Tag wenn man möchte. Es fehlt an nichts in den Zimmern! Je nach Buchung schaut man in einen anderen Stadtteil von KL!

Great service! I left KL for four days and was returning to Aloft and they held my luggage instead of relying on 3rd party storage.
Their breakfast was also incredible, so much variety.

The room was okay . The towels were old and ripping on the edges . The rug in the room was old and didn’t look appealing. The bathroom was also old . The sink was not draining . When I called someone came and plunged it for it to drain .

KLセントラル駅直結で便利な立地。部屋は清潔、広さも十分。シャワーの水圧、お湯の出る早さも問題ない。朝食ビュッフェも種類が多い。

ロケーションが便利でKLセントラル駅に隣接していて、ショッピングモールへも外に出ることなく買い物、マッサージや食事が楽しめた！
部屋はキングサイズベッドの部屋で1人で利用するには広さも充分、ファシリティも充実していました。
朝食付きでしたので、ブュッフェの種類も多く大満足でした♪ ホテルスタッフの方々も大変プロフェッショナルでフレンドリーな対応に感謝です。今回は3泊4日の出張でしたがaloftホテルのホスピタリティのおかげで快適に過ごさせてもらいました。
次回の出張やプライベートの旅行でも宿泊したいと思っています。

The location of this hotel is 100 out of a 100. Express train direct from the airport to KL sentral where the hotel connects to without going outside on the street. Staff are extremely friendly. Hotel is clean and very well maintained. I'll recommend my families to stay here if they go to KL. KL sentral has all the transportation connections and it's a big shopping mall as well. Same can be said to Hilton and meridian, cost a bit more.

We had a great experience staying at Aloft Sentral. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options and good quality food – easily one of the highlights of our stay.
The location is fantastic. Being connected to the shopping mall and having direct access to the monorail made getting around Kuala Lumpur incredibly easy and convenient. It’s a very central base, especially for first-time visitors.
The staff were outstanding – super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were both in great condition, clean, modern, and comfortable.
Overall, this hotel offered excellent value and comfort, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting KL.

Great room, great service, and great breakfast buffet. We stayed at an Aloft in Stuttgart but the KL Sentral Aloft was better in my opinion. I would gladly stay here, or at any Aloft facility again.
