Staff was so nice. Breakfast was good but pricey. They had soup and good variety in the morning. Food was really good at hotel. Massages and pool was also great!

리셉션 매우 친절하고(특히 오전 근무하는 매니저급으로 보이는 남성 직원) 다소 일찍 도착했음에도 체크인 가능했음. 방 깨끗, 테라스 보유, 전망 좋음. 실내화, 치약, 치솔, 면도기, 빗 모두 구비. 레인폴만 있고, 샤워기 없는 것은 아쉬웠음. 웰컴 주스, 과일 제공.
언덕 위에 위치하여 전망이 좋은 대신, 올드타운과는 다소 거리가 있으나 셔틀 운행. 셔틀은 미리 1시간 전 예약 필요하고, 시간당 1회 운행. 불편한 점은 없지만 셔틀 기사 중 일부는 매우 무뚝뚝했음.
점심식사도 했는데 요리솜씨가 뛰어남. 아침식사는 주말엔 뷔페식이었으나, 주중은 투숙객이 별로 없어서인지 a la carta 방식으로 주문. 뷔페는 좋았으나, 주문했을 때는 기대에 다소 못미침.
수영장 전망 좋고 넓음. 낮에는 너무 덥고 그늘이 없어 놀기 어려움. 주말 저녁에는 수영장만 이용하는 외부인이 많아 아이들이 매우 소란스럽고 지나치게 물장구를 쳐서 주변에 불편을 줌. 풀사이드에서 바베큐를 해주기도 함.
스파는 기대에 다소 못미쳖음.
다만 루앙프라방에서 가격 등 고려할때 선택할 수 있는 최선의 호텔일 수 있고, 추천할만함.

다운타운까지 나가는 셔틀서비스도 잘되어있어서 이동하기도 만족!!
호텔 근처에 라이브바 소리가 조금 시끄러운거만 빼면 완전 만족!! 추천합니다.

Amazing hotel stay, just what we needed. Pool and views are spectacular. Food at breakfast was plentyful, lots of choice. Lunch and evening meals were very good standard.
Our room was lovely, with views over Luang Purbang and surrounding hills.
A little out of town, the shuttle bus resolved that as it ran frequently.
Staff very friendly, nothing too much trouble.

We stayed here for 17 nights and it was fantastic. The rooms are beautiful with views over Luang Prabang. The breakfast buffet is awesome with a huge variety of food including Lao and European. We loved the Lao noodle soup each morning. The restaurant, cafe and room service were outstanding. The price of a meal was only slightly higher than town but the chef is very talented and the meals were incredible.
The pool is magnificent with panoramic views across the region and we did happy hour 1/2 price cocktails often! The staff were warm, friendly and extremely willing to help with anything. They arranged many day trips for us including The Elephant village, Nam Dong Park, waterfalls, Almsgiving with the monks,whiskey village and Pak Ou Caves.
The hotel has free shuttles that drive you the 7 min drive to and from the town center and night markets.
They have a buggy that picks you up instantly from your room or reception and takes you wherever you want to go in the hotel grounds. We had such a lovely holiday in Luang Prabang thanks to these guys. Highly recommend you stay here. We will be going back for sure.

I knew that when I checked in the hotel that this place is going to be "great". A complimentary "cold towel" and a local fruit drink welcomed new guests. The hotel is like one to be found on a tropical island only this one is on a hill.

We cannot fault this hotel. The staff were really helpful, and nothing was too much trouble.
We were fortunate enough to meet John, the General manager, Thaweewat, Xyasone, Ton and Sythong all of whom went out of their way to ensure our stay was as pleasurable as possible.
The pool was a great place to enjoy the fantastic view of the mountains.

Spectacular views. Staff was accommodating, welcoming, gave us great room with view of the city. Infinity pool was large & clean & gorgeous. Served pina coladas by the pool by friendly staff. Good cafe on premises, free shuttle to city every hour. Clean, quiet facilities. 360 degree view of the city. Best experience ever!!!

街から少し離れますがシャトルバスが有ります。
丘の上の見晴らしの良いホテルです。
朝食もバリエーションに富み、風景を見ながらの
食事は格別です。
スタッフの皆様も気持ち良い対応してくださるし、
清掃も行き届いています。
グループ客の方が大声を出しているのを、注意したりして
ホテルの品格の良さを感じます。
難点としては、排水の悪さや部屋のwifiがつながり
にくいことです。
チェックイン時、捜し物をみんなで手伝って頂き
助かりました。

Absolutely fantastic hotel with great views.
Shuttle bus into the town just a few minutes away runs often. We didn't find much to do in the town. Very few good restaurants and hard to find them. The waterfalls are a fair distance away but well worth the visit.
Luang Prabang is mainly a destination for backpackers of all ages and for them the town is probably a perfect base to explore from. The scenery is wonderful and there a lots of day trips (and longer) to places of interest.
The Luang Prabang Hotel is ideal to visit for a relaxing short holiday. Quiet, peaceful and first class service.

Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Ce n'est pas un hôtel typique mais il est en haut d'une colline avec une vue fantastique à 360 °; il est verdoyant et très reposant ; la piscine est très belle
Le personnel est très gentil;
Cet hôtel n'est pas dans le centre mais il y a des navettes fréquentes

The view hotel has the best views in all of Luang Prabang. The views from the morning, all day, and sunset are absolutely stunning. The room itself was very spacious and nice, and the breakfast was great. The pool is spectacular. Literally an oasis.
Only cons are the location, which is just a few mins from the old section of LP, and the steep climb to get up to the hotel. But that's why it's such a great view and a welcome respite from the vendors in the town itself. The hotel provides bikes if you can make it back up the hill, of shuttles every hour.
Bottom line: definitely stay here when you visit. You won't regret it!

루앙프라방 시내가 한눈에 내다보이는 뷰가 정말 좋았습니다.
객실 상태는 깔끔했고 서비스도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 웰컴 과일과 작은 카스테라와 같이 간식도 제공이 되었고, 물과 음료도 기본으로 제공이 되었습니다. 직원들의 응대도 매우 친절하였구요. 무엇보다도 가장 좋았던 것은 수영장이었습니다. 호텔 수영장 치고는 매우 큰 규모에 아침에 깨끗이 청소하던 모습이 인상적이었습니다. 그래서 매일매일 잘 이용했어요 ㅎㅎ 루앙프라방 시내가 전부 내다보이는 광경도 아름다웠구요. 스파도 이용하였는데 저렴한 가격에 (시내보다 가격이 있기는 하지만) 만족할만한 서비스를 받았습니다. 위치가 외져서 걱정하였는데 시간마다 운행하는 셔틀을 잘 이용했습니다. 그래도 시내에서 바로 이용할 수 있는 호텔보다는 조금 불편함은 있습니다.
호텔에서 꽝시폭포 가는 벤도 예약해줘서 이용했는데, 수건도 챙겨주고 시간제한 없이 이용할 수 는 있었지만 시내에서 개별적으로 예약하는 것보다는 가격이 조금 있습니다. 꽝시 가실분은 참고하세요~

비수기 평일숙박 덕분인지 이용객이 거의 없어서 호텔 전체를 전세낸 것 처럼 사용했습니다.
프로모션을 통해서 스탠다드룸을 저렴하게 이용했고, 침구 및 샤워시설 등 전부 만족스러웠습니다.
무엇보다도 수영장과 루앙프라방을 한눈에 볼 수 있는 전망은 너무 훌륭했습니다.

C`est un Hotel avec un personnel tres experimente et professionnel. La nourriture , excellente et servie avec classe. Notre chambre etait spacieuse et comfortable. La proprete de cet etablissement etait remarquable.
Nous avons bien apprecie le gerant: John. Il s`interessait toujours a nos activites. Nous sommes le couple de Canadien Francais qui se joignait toujours avec la famille Lao, nos amis.

정말 루앙프라방이 보이는 말 그대로 루앙푸라방 뷰 호텔입니다.도심지에서 조금 떨어져있어서 불편할 수도 있으나 셔틀버스가 있어서 불편한게 전혀 없었습니다...셔틀시간이 있지만 원하는 시간외에 나갈 때 말하면 도심지까지 모셔다 드립니다~! 수영장은 정말 최고입니다~~!!! 수영장에서 뷰를 보면 정말 시원하고 시설이 아주 잘 되어있습니다~ 조식은 아주 잘나와요~~ 루앙프라방에가면 다시 예약하고싶은 호텔입니다~~~!!!

施設全体は清潔で、お掃除も行き届いています。朝食のメニューも豊富で美味しく頂きました。ただＮＨＫ国際放送が映らないのが残念でした。

景色もよくバルコニーもあり、ホテルスタッフが皆親切だったので、とても快適でした。ローシーズンだったためか、滞在中は雨の日が多かったですが、無料アップグレードもしてくれてとても良い時間を過ごせました。特に屋上のプールの景色は最高ですのでぜひ試してしてみてください。
難を言えば中心部まで歩くと１時間以上かかるため、1時間に1本程度ある無料シャトルバスを利用するのですが、１時間前の予約必須であること、また、帰る時に予約したのにバスが来なかったこともあり、電話で再予約したこともありました（すぐ来てくれましたが）。上記の点から、ふと思い立って外に出たくてもすぐ出れないのでもやもやします。周辺はあまり何もありません。
全体的にはとても良いホテルで贅沢な時間を過ごせました。

The hotel is up a hill above the town, which provides you with amazing views over the roof tops and across the mountains that surround the area. A clear view of the stupa on top of Pusi hill. The rooms are lovely and spacious, great bath. Quite a few steps up to the restaurant and pool area, however there is a golf cart shuttle to pick you up from your room if required. The hotel is a little way from the main area of the town but there is a free shuttle that leaves every hour from the hotel and will pick you up from the post office in town every hour, this was a great service. Breakfast buffet was great, staff on the reception desk were very helpful. Being winter, it was a little misty in the mornings and the pool was a little cool, but still went for a swim as the view from the pool is just incredible, surrounded by the mountains. Overall, a great place to stay - quite unique.

Beautiful views an stunning pool. A short ride out of the main area with drop off and pick up by the hotel - gym a bit dismal and needs upgrading including equip and Aircon. Internet terrible kept cutting out and they had no idea how to fix it. Only worked well 1/5 days when the external IT person or manager was onsite. He asked them to check our connection when he was leaving for two weeks which they never did. Food ordinary and expensive for the quality disappointing for a hotel of this calibre but room was lovely and staff friendly and polite. Suggest eating in town for dinners as food was stunning and cheaper at various restaurants in comparison.
