For this budget they had everything that’s needed in a room. A bottle of water wasn’t provided that everyone else does more or less but that’s not a big deal. Very pleasant front desk staff.

I stayed here for 3 nights from 18th December. I was offered the new "wing" in the next building which is in the midst of renovations - dust, uncarpetted lobby, wires dangling, workers - which I accepted as I found the room was bigger, likewise for the toilet! Lots of ceiling light in the windowless room. Set your alarm clock if you need sunlight to tell if its morning as you wont know when you sleep in a windowless room! The body wash/shampoo smells good. Though there should be a bottle near the sink as well as one has to go to the shower area to get some soap.
There isn't a kettle - but a thermos(that looks like a kettle because there is no plug in it) - fill it with your hot / cold water from the dispenser located outside the room.
The staff - every single one that I came across with - was very helpful and friendly.
Would I stay here again when Im in Kuala Lumpur ? Definately I would!

This hotel offers clean, comfortable and modern rooms with an interesting design for a very reasonable price. The staff is truly welcoming and friendly. Location is fine, at walking distance of Berjaya Time Square, the KL Monorail Low Yat Plaza and Jalan Alor Food Street. Recommended.

Ceria Hotel is a A+++ place for budget travelers like me. I booked a room for 4 nights months ago for my 5 day vacation in Kuala Lumpur from 28 September to 02 October. When I arrived at CH at around 6PM, I was surprised that (Ate) Jane, the desk officer at that time was my compatriot. Yey!!! And I was more surprised when she informed me that my accomodation was upgraded from single bed to twin beds. That was a blessing. The room (including the bathroom) was so clean, cozy, and in minimalistic design. I enjoyed also the amenities like the cable TV and the coffee/tea. One thing that I considered CH above all was that its close proximity to the Berjaya Times Square, Alor Street, and the premier malls in KL like Pavilion, Sephora, and Fahrenheit 88. All I can say that I had a fantastic stay in CH. And I'm looking forward to stay once more when I go back in KL, and hopefully my reservation/accomodation will upgrade again. :D

Great hotel for this price. Only downside is no elevator. Everything else is good. Staff are nice and willing to help.

It was really convenient. The room was clean but had no window so it was kind of dark. It was ideal for my visa run trip. Grab taxi could easily find the hotel and it was easy to go anywhere in the city.

Everything was good. However when we asked the staff to guide us if our flight was in KLIA or KLIA 2, and after he checked for us he said KLIA. But then when we reached there we found out it was not, and it was in KLIA 2 instead. So end up we had to take a train there.
But nevertheless it was definitely a good stay and great location!

This was my second stay here, the hotel is in a great location with the monorail and shopping mall very close by. Staff were always friendly, polite and professional and the hotel itself is good value. Room was clean and comfortable enough, with all mod cons. It's easy to walk to many places from the hotel, Chinatown is about 25 minutes away, once you view the city from the monorail, you realise some places are closer than you think.. however, the train is cheap, reliable and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay at Ceria and I would certainly stay again if I visit Kuala Lumpur.

가격대비 너무 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 호텔 로비와 객실이 회색, 검정 톤으로 깔끔하게 정리되어 모던한 느낌으로 예뻤고, 객실도 깨끗하게 정리되어 투숙하는데 기분이 좋았습니다. 호텔의 위치도 임비 역에서 5분정도 걸리고, 임비역은 쿠알라룸푸르 번화가인 부킷빈탕 거리에서도 1정거장 차이어서 마음만 먹으면 걸어갈 수 있는 거리입니다. 호텔바로앞엔 아무것도 없지만, 임비역 근처에 큰 쇼핑몰과 커피샵들이 있기때문에 생활하는데 문제가 전혀 없었습니다. 가격대비 너무 만족스러운 호텔이었고 강추합니다.

Room area and bathroom are clean. Nearby quite a number of food shop to select. 5 mins walk can reach LaLaport Shopping mall.

It is clean. Room is above average expectation. Location is convenient. Price is very affordable.

We were greeted by friendly staff and check-in was quick.
Our room was 212 (Third Floor) so the music from next door club at night was subtle.
Room was spacious and clean.
TV only have local channels and advertising media.
Internet was fast and stable.
There is an power outlet below the TV that allow many countries's standard to be plugged into.
Cold and hot water dispenser are available at each floor.
Hotel has no elevator, but they have young staff helping to carry heavy lugguage to guest room.
Although hotel is located near Times Square (KL MonoRail), there is a steep slope to climb, and there is no proper pavement from
top of that steep slope down to the other side where hotel is. Tourists with trolley luggage will have hard time pulling through unless on the road.
There is no proper pavement from LRT Hang Tuah too as there is construction going on. Temporary pavement is very rugged, not suitable for heavy trolley
luggage.

Great location just adjacent to Times Square, room while new could do with some proper maintenance - ceiling in shower area mouldy while bedroom floor is grimey. Sheets somewhat spotty with stains.

L'hotel est propre et très bien situé, à 5 min à pied du centre commercial Berjaya Time Square, pas loin de Bukit Bintang.
Le personnel est aimable et à votre écoute.
Petit point noir, l'insonorisation des chambres doit être amélioré.
Si vous êtes de passage rapide à KL, cet hôtel fera l'affaire.

いつも帰りが深夜になっていたが必ずスタッフがいてにこやかに対応してくれた。あとタクシーの使い方の良いアドバイスもくれたりして助かりました。

Throw away the shower liquid dispenser . It is hopeless can't get any out. Better to give us bars of soap.

Tbh I wasn’t expecting much from this hotel but the first thing that impressed me was the staff as they were very polite through my phone calls with them and they even remembered my name when I arrived at the hotel. They also allowed us to check in close to 2 hours earlier than the official check in time and extended our checkout by 2 hours without a charge. Only downside was that there’s no lift so it gets a bit tiring to carry your luggages but fret not, the staff will carry it to your room for you if you need assistance. The superior twin room was much more spacious than we expected and the room was pretty clean just that I would advise to bring insect repellent as I got a few mosquito bites when I first stepped in. It was easy to access to the water dispenser at every floor and the ironing board was also useful for us though it’s located along the hallway! Overall, good location as well as it was right behind Berjaya Times Square and it only took us a while to figure out the routes around the area! Will definitely be back for future short stays as it’s worth the price you pay for :)

Hand carry shower and rain shower for the water heater. The private bathroom with half transparent glass design. Hair dryer is ready in the room, no need do special request. Wifi are strong and high speed. The room may feel small, but its enough to fit 2 person. The light are quite warm, felling to sleep. Cozy place ...relaxing

Clean and well managed budget hotel with really nice ambience. Well laid out and furnished with 32” wall mounted LCD TV, hair dryer, telephone, thermos flask (hot water dispenser outside), box of tissue paper and hot-water shower.

部屋は小奇麗ですが、価格相応で手狭です。ロケーションは良いです。Imbi駅まで歩いてすぐです。Bukit-bintang駅も歩いて10-15分くらいです。隣にカフェがあって、ブランチやランチが食べれます。味は普通です。Imbi駅に行く途中にクリーニング店があって、kgあたり7RMで洗濯してもらえます。（24時間後受け取り）場所を考えれば比較的にお得なホテルだと思いました。ちなみにエレベーターはありません。

エクスペディア上ではあると記載されていたアメニティがないのと、バスタオルのみという所が、マイナスポイントですかね。
ウォーターサーバーが有るので、水分は問題ないです。あと、出来れば部屋に冷蔵庫が欲しいです。フロントに頼めば預かってくれますが。

The hotel is located close to Imbi Monorail station and close to Berjaya Times Square which is about 10 minutes walking distance. Convenient for us to travel around.
