Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und durchweg freundlich. Frühstück war gut und der Pool ist auch ok. Das es ein Bar gibt ist auch toll. Komme gerne wieder

Biz çok memnun kaldık herkes güleryüzlüydü .bizim için hayvan dostu olması çok önemliydi . kahvaltı da çok seçenekliydi.hiçbir sorun yaşamadık.

Temizliğinden kahvaltısına denize yakınlığına her şey gayet iyiydi. Tek sıkıntı banyosunun kapı dizaynı :) boşluklu kapatma sistemi olduğu için dışardan içerisi gözükebiliyor. O da onemlı bir sıkıntı değil tabi, konaklayacak olanlara tavsıye edılır.

Sejour parfait dans chalbre d'angle avec balcon. Chambre spacieuse. Proche du centre à pieds mais dans un quartier moins touristique. Restaurants à proximité. Facilité de stationnement au pied de l'immeuble. Accueil chaleureux. Petite piscine. Adresse à recommander. Prix très satisfaisant pour les prestations.

Excellent hotel. From the beginning, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The location is perfect just a short, pleasant walk to both the Old Town and the beach.
The pool area is lovely, offering a relaxing spot to swim and unwind.
Breakfast exceeded expectations, especially considering the price.
Communication with the hotel was smooth and efficient.
If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Old Town of Antalya, this is the one.

Dit hotel is misschien geen 5* maar verdiend voor mij absoluut meer sterren. Het voelt als thuis komen. Het personeel is zo lief en vriendelijk dat je vergeet dat je niet in een 5* hotel verblijft. Voor mij is dit hotel zeker en vast een aanrader. In 15 min wandelen ben je in het centrum of neem de oude tram naar het centrum op 2 min wandelen. Natuurlijk kan de accomodatie hier en daar wat verf en opfris gebruiken. Kamers worden alle dagen netjes gepoetst en het simpele maar lekkere ontbijt is voor ons meer dan voldoende. Je gaat dit hoteel ook niet boeken als je de all in van een 5* hotel verwacht. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar ! Nogmaals de vriendelijkheid van het personeel maakt voor een groot deel je vakantie. Je kan ze alles vragen. Alle vragen worden met een glimlach beantwoord.

Good friendly service. Nice clean pool to cool down in. Tasty breakfast. Easy check in and out. Easy to park near hotel. Nice balcony with a sea view. Free water and fridge. Option for room service. Air conditioning good and not too loud. Only bad points were that the shower head could be cleaner and the bed sheet was not that comfortable as it has a towel material (this seems to be a local thing though as we experienced it in other hotels too)

The location is great close to old town yet away from it's noise. Close to pretty sea views as well.
The breakfast had many options and we were obsessed with the little breads ( so tasty). The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room itself was very comfortable as well- we slept very well. The pool and patio were nice too

Otelde sadece yastık ve yataklar biraz konforsuz.Aşırı yumuşak yastık bazen boyun kısmını rahatsız edebiliyor.

Akşam saatlerinde açılan LED aydınlatmalar dışında bir sorun yoktu. Aydınlatmalar, çevrede de çok fazla yakın konut olması nedeniyle balkon keyfini yok ediyor.

L’hôtel était grave bien. Le seul bémol c’est que les gemme de ménage parle très fort le matin dans le couloir. De plus elle fume des cigarettes dans la sortie de secours et ça arrive dans notre chambre le matin.. pas très agréable.

Perfect choice in its price group. A cute clean and tidy room with balcony as seen in pics, aircon, always hot water, city hotel at very good location, can reach everywhere by walking and also close to public transportation. Peacefull stay with no safety consern. Carpark is limited infront of hotel but was always available during my stay. Lovely helpfull staf. Thanks a lot for their hospitality.

Odanın, tuvaletin, duşun ve balkonun genişliği gayet iyi. Duş başlığı büyük ve yağmurlama tipiydi. Diş fırçalık yoktu. Klima iyi soğutuyordu. Buzdolabı baya ufak 4 tane 1,5 lit'lik pet şişe ancak sığar ama işe yarar.
Konumu Kaleiçi'ne araçla 5 dk ve otelin çevresinde park yeri bulmakta zorlanmıyorsunuz. Kaleiçi'nde ses, trafik ve park sorunu yaşamak istemeyenlere öneririm.

3 gece konakladık, ilkin odamız istediğimiz gibi değildi sonrasında recepsiyona ilettik durumu bize yardımcı oldular. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve müşterilere ilgileri çok iyiydi. Otel sakin ve güzel bir yerde. Fiyatlar biraz yüksek ama karşılığını veriyor. Tavsiye ederim.

The location is quite but within walk distance to the old Pazar and castle. All type of shops are nearby.
The service is good and the room was comfortable, I liked the breakfast.
I recommend the hotel for good value of money.

Het is een goeie hotel,prettige medewerkers,goede ligging. Ik heb een week met mijn gezin prettige marathon vakantie gehad. Ik raad voral aan lopers die marathon in Antalya willen lopen bij deze hotel te belijven. Je kan de bus nemen voor de hotel naar expo voor je nummer en begin en eentpunt van de marathon. Elke ochtent goed verzorgde ontbijt. Op marathon dag werdt zelfs voor ons eerder ontbijt klaargemaakt.Bedankt dhr Cengiz, Ibrahim ,Mesut en Emre.

Fiyat/performans acisindan iyi bir otel. 3 arkadas olarak ayri odalarda kaldik. Otel son derece temiz, personel cok ilgiliydi. Kahvalti gayet yeterliydi. Otel guzel bir konumda yer aliyor, Kaleici’ne yaklasik 10dk yuruyerek ulasabildik. Otelde gorev alan herkese tesekkurler :)

Jag hade en fantastisk upplevelse under tiden på metur hotel, personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Rummen var jätte rena och hygieniska, jag starkt rekommenderar hotellen.

Sehr gutes Hotel, sauber und sehr freundlich geführt! Sehr gute Lage in Antalya, Meerblick und nur 2 Minuten zur Strassenbahn. Sehr empfehlenswert !

MERTUR HOTEL IS THE BEST
I have booked a room for me and my mom at this hotel in Antalya and wow! It has been such a perfect choice because the hotel is super nice, very clean and with a modern design.
There are 5 floors and luckily we were on the 5th from which we could see the sea.
Our room 504 was very comfortable, clean and very spacious with a cute balcony.
WiFi works perfectly and it’s very fast. Very rich breakfast and fresh fruits. It’s close to the city center and with a lot of restaurants/shops nearby. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
The men working at the reception were so welcoming with us! Very helpful and always smiling and happy to have you in their hotel. They let go in the room even before the actual check-in time so very very kind. For any question you could ask them and they will help you as much as they can!!! It was sad leaving.
I RECOMMEND EVERYONE THIS METUR HOTEL!!!!

Fremdsprachenkenntnisse an der Rezeption dürftig, weder englisch noch russisch wurde gut verstanden, obwohl Personal teilweise aus Russland kam. Sonst alles bestens!
