Hotel is near by vegetarian restaurant.and market walking destination.hotel staff good .Hotel need mantaince .very old no tea table in room .no refrigerator in room before i stay last year refrigerator in room and table also in room .now hotel need renovation

Our stay there for 4 days 3 night was so wonderful. Great staff at front desk or housekeeping. Very clean and good services. If l and family went to Kuala Lumpur, that's will be our first choice. Thank you so very much.

Very simple property vegetarian restaurant attached really good food but limited choices for food nearby also room bed was lumpy area safe close to city center kind of noisy most times in area not hotel only shopping nearby is jewelry and some clothes if looking for simple cost effective place this is it no frills

Requested for extra pillow but nobody send and they didnt inform us that extra pillow is not available. Requested for a king size bed since we have small kids but end up getting a twin bed.

Nice overall but there is no parking available. Room 618 a bit smelly like a someone smoking in the room.

Kemudahan untuk sarapan pagi agak terlalu simple tapi ok la tetapi staff yang bertugas unit sajian perlu menjaga kebersihan semasa mengandalikan makanan..contohnya pakai lah sarung tangan atau penyepit semasa membuat sajian.

The room space is good but need to replace some outdated things. Carpet, king bed and tv.

주변이 시끄럽고, 티브이가 잘 나오지 않았으며, 방 키가 작동되지 않아 매일 다시 입력해야 해서 불편했다.

Keadaan bilik dah usang. TV lama, carpet berbau & tak kering, aircond juga membuat carpet bilik basah. Byk lipas and tiada peti ais dlm bilik. Housekeeping masam muka bila minta or Tanya sesuatu mcm nak pinjam sejadah, etc. Lift kecil satu saja.

Accommodation was hard to find, sheets were full of stains and the staff could not speak English very well

Cockroach infested, no response despite several complaints. Staff very unresponsive unconcerned, one even said complain to Agoda in review. Manager promised to arrange my Grab airport drop on10/12 morning at 6am however no arrangements were made and no one at reception was able to make a booking. They knew I was desperate so arranged with his friend Taxi driver by Anwar and finally I was overcharged by taxi driver.

I wouldnt stay there again.
The staff are creepy & didnt wanna help & tried to argue with me.
It is a non smoking hotel - but all the rooms had ash trays & people have been smoking in there.
No fridges in rooms.
It is a 2 star hotel & it says a 3 star hotel on Expedia. It also says alot more untrue things on Expedia.
I will never stay there again.
